Nahi, Arnav is not desperate ..he is a man in the first flush of love..it is natural for any person in love wanting to stay with the person whom u love.. that was quite correctly caught ...

Nahi,,, Newly weds will even make use of microsecond to express their love n attraction cos it is a new thing, new feeling , u see..so Arnav utilizing all that mins was what all newly minted pati's do * It is long after that they get attitude 😡*

Girls are like that, give them attention, they will spurn u, back off, they will come after u ...but here .. Khushi was not giving disgusted look, she was trying to distance herself and she was using anger n coldness as a weapon which as usual failed in front of a Hot Arnav !!..cos Arnav loves Khushi and even more importantly knows Khushi loves him too plus he has accepted the marriage and also he is a man who feels responsible for all he accepts..hence his constant running to GH.. cos he knew something was amiss n he wanted to find out..
