Nahi, Arnav is not desperate ..he is a man in the first flush of love..it is natural for any person in love wanting to stay with the person whom u love.. that was quite correctly caught ...

Sorry for barging in but couldn't resist myself. I don't think Arnav comes across as desperate, it is more like he is experiencing what it means to be in love (both physically & mentally) for the first time and has no qualms expressing it. He kissed Khushi because he realised she also feels the same emotions for him but is hiding it. Ab kisi ko to shuruwat karekapadi na!

And I dont think Khushi gave him disgusted looks at any point. She either gives startled or confused expressions, which is understandable because she is portrayed as young and naive.
