expections are not wrong but she should realize for what she is crying!!!!!!! she should think about what arnav and kushi has gone through when arnav was kidnapped!!!!she is thrilled that her hubby is thrown out but she should think at least once what kushi has gone through when arnav was about to killed!!!!!!!she should not behave as selfish !!!!Anjali was a mature character but CVs made it like this!!!!!

I have tried to show anjali's pov several times...but ...am afraid was not taken well by the forum. Loved your post khushboo...and am glad some are standing up to explain her mindset and her behaviour...the reasons behind the psyche of a betrayed woman...even today my heart went out to her for her loneliness...not discounting arnav and khushi's pain or love or suffering when i say i understand anjali's too...why are there are sides here...its like if u love arhi than u cannot love anjali...yes...i love arhi..they are the reason why i watch this show...but all the other characters bring a lot to this show too...and we cannot be unfair to them...

And i am saddened that many women in the forum r actually being understanding towards Anjali. I repeat crying, missing her hubby, resenting the other woman in the life of both her men is quite natural. All ppl like me r saying is if she is indeed a loving, caring dutiful wife y dint she walk out of RM along with Shyam. If she is so sanskari & blindly devoted to her hubby y dint she follow him. Why is she still living in the house where her hubby was insulted. Why hasnt she called him. Why hasnt she tried meeting him in his office. Why? Why? Why? Her love be it for her hubby or for her bro comes across as fake & hence she is not tugging at our heart strings.

u want real devotion then look at Kushi. She moved mountains to save her hubby. She dint mop or weep around. Why even Mamiji is way better than Anji. She risked her life to try & save Arnav.

Totally agree! While I may wish that anjali would stop letting herself into arnav's room and remember that Khushi is his wife, I do not like it or support it but I do understand why she's acting this way-, so I have no qualms about how they're showing anjali. I its completely in line with her character to think and behave this way, despite how well she treated Khushi before the fiasco. we've been told how emotionally weak and damaged anjali is. Of the two siblings, anjali suffered the most from their parents deaths. while it's frustrating to see anjali not accepting the truth and interrupting arhi moments - I like that it is being shown because, like you said, it is moving the story forward and it's what naturally would happen in this situation. I think a lot of people are frustrated in part because they thought anjali would come out to be stronger than this or that she would have already known everything and it would have been some Maha twist. I think they forgot that anjali was an emotional basket case at the beginning of the show and will continue to be until she heals from this. It's her character's turning point. Let's not forget that this story is not only about the hate/love between arhi but also how Arnav is torn between the two most important people in his life. It was all bound to happen &, I for one am glad to see the story moving.

Dear Khoobsoorat - nice post agree with most of it - except the part about Anjali being the parallel lead - that is really bugging me - I want to see all family members - and Anjali to be seen only as much as mami and nani. I mean ArHi deserve a lot of scenes and Shyam, Monorama mami and nani and buaji with their amazing acting skills deserve a lot of scenes - I don't see Anjali as the parallel lead...I mean her character is not entertaining like all others...just my thoughts...

We want to see ArHi and all other family members - Only and Only 'anjal di" is the problem...

I agree with most of what you have said .
Only one thing .
Why cant anjali at least once show the desire to leave RM and go with her husband ?
I understand Shyams motive to stay back at RM - to get hold of the property by hook or by crook .
But why Anjali does not want to move from here? Is she also not willing to leave the comfort her brothers money gives her .
Does she love her brother or his money ?
CVs should properly give an explanation through story-telling why Anjali and Shyam resided/resides at RM .

This seems like Gautam Hegde's soapbox via you khushboo - is it?

there is nothing wrong with anjali feeling neglected or ignored. but to pit a woman against another woman for the sake of story is a good old cliched, lackluster trick in the book of TRPs

The story tellers need to realize that this type of story telling is quite old fashioned and not in line with the "yo crowd" they want to attract. heck, its not even in line with the midlife crisis women on hormonal overdrive.

so please tell Gautam and/or story tellers, this is not how you tell good story. Anjali's dialogs about how Arnav forgot her and pays attention only to khushi sounds very petty, cheap and totally out of character for a woman who is supposedly extremely gentle, kind, god fearing and pious. Why are they hell bent on making Anjali jealous when resignation and defeat and possibly walking out of the house with her husband should have been the natural course for her?

its fun to watch woman fight woman - in the chauvinistic minds of story tellers and they are doing it by destroying Anjali's pious background. The least they can do is acknowledge they are doing this for TRP and stop making excuses for this change in the basic fiber of Anjali's character.
