Sari, posting very late ... but had to post before the episode tonight ... just to say ... to your post - I AGREEE!!! 😆
Agree that ASR just went straight back to the starting point for his RTR ... heck, he also doubled the distance ... make that trebled ... or even quadrupled it ... not only did he accuse Khushi for pushing Anjali to abort her baby, without knowing in the slightest what Khushi actually said, or waiting to find out ... not only did he accuse her of spoiling his and his precious Di's happiness ... like of course, DI' beautiful bubble needs to stay intact, regardless of how much of a scoundrel her husband is ... but IMO the worst accusation - if it hadn't been for you, Shyam would never have strayed ... in effect accusing her of leading Shyam on ... when Shyam did that and Arnav kept quiet, I burned in anger, when Arnav made the same accusation ... accusing his wife of being a s*** ... UNFORGIVEABLE!!!!
He needs to walk that RTR on his knees, grovelling all the way ...
And preferably while he does that, can he send Anjali to a shrink ... that poor woman needs one desperately ... or else she will drive the entire household crazy. I felt seriously concerned for Anjali ... she is delusional, divorced from reality and she wants her fantasy world back, her beautiful bubble ... and if she has to destroy her own brother's world, his marriage, it doesn't seem to matter to her one bit ... heck, even killing her own baby, or threatening to, doesn't seem to matter as much as getting her husband back ... what kind of sister is she? What kind of mother will she be?!
And WT* is the rest of the family doing to her, pandering to her every whim and wrapping her in cotton wool? She is one seriously damaged woman ... and by keeping her out of touch with reality, her family are making it more and more difficult for her to ever be able to face the truth ... and to live a normal life.
Also I felt that in the second Anjali Arnav scene, Anjali came across as frankly manipulative ... her first method of getting Arnav to toe her line is always to stop talking to him ... she did that ... no response, he did not go running to get her husband back. So next tactic, play the weak helpless sister card, the one whose happiness is always paramount for him, the one thing he swears by ... Arnav is reinstated as Chotey - please, Chotey, get my old world back, get my husband back ... is she doing this on purpose or is this just part of her personality, her automatic emotional blackmail ... the jury is still out ... but from being sorry for her, I went to 😲 ... she doesn't care about her brother and his life AT ALL??? Not even about her own baby ... all she wants her her old life back, no matter that it was all false?!
I felt worst for Khushi today ... she just glimpsed a taste of happiness, and then straight back to more of the same old, same old ...
Khushi really needs to stop being a doormat and a punching bag for all of Arnav's frustrations ... stay strong and walk out the door, Khushi ... till your husband and his family learn to respect you. The more you stay and let people walk all over you, the less they will respect you .. I want the fiesty Khushi of the Guesthouse episode back tonight ... not the SP bahu who quietly suffers everything ...
The good thing is that I was wondering if the RTR would be full of sweetness and light, and all that Arnav ever did to Khushi would be swept under the carpet ... the episode gave me hope that no, everything Arnav did to Khushi will finally come out and he will have to repent for it all. Here's hoping!!!! 😃
