After I logged off from REDUX yesterday ..I went back and rewatched the episode..And as you mentioned rightly in your post-You can't help being moved by the plethora of emotions on display...If a primetime SP show can come up with this level of brilliance in direction,acting,screenplay..then you better shut up and watch the episode..Cuz words fail to describe such an emotionally draining episode...😭

ASR -A man whose heart was nothing but a Fort Knox..An astute,egoistic businessman..with a haunting past who has been able to lift his life together again by dint of his talents,intelligence..Suddenly that invincible heart is conquered by that naive and gullible yet so lively,zany a little clumsy girl called Khushi..I've always maintained that it was love at first sight for him..He tried to push her away..But the more he hurt her..the more vulnerable he became...In course of time..Through numerous tears,outbursts...when finally the realization of love dawns upon him..When he made that move...Of making her his own forever..His dreams are shattered,battered and bruised by a person who has always been that father-figure for him..who has always stood beside him,fought for him..his Brother-in-law Shyam Manohar Jha and he gets back to square one...But really Did he??No..Because however hurt he might be..This time he couldn't mask his feelings for the girl he loved and still loves and probably will for all his life..So he hurt her again,made her shed those pearls again and again only left to be doubly hurt himself...Then a series of events occur again...And circumstances take that blindfold off his eye and he's finally made to see the truth..The truth that deep down inside he always knew..That Khushi is not in the wrong..That Khushi hasn't betrayed him or his love..that Khushi was his and his always.

But now this man is standing at the crossroads of life..On one side of him...there's Khushi who has presented this loner with a human-touch..who has loved him without asking anything in return..whom he has hurt and hurt and hurt and still she has managed to clean up those wounds and stand up all smiling and beaming..A girl whose mere life has infuriated him,surprised him,amused him...Then there's his Di..A mother,a friend,a guide..Who depends upon him and whom he too has depended upon..Through everything that these two have endured..they have clung to each other for support,strength,love.The same woman now..pregnant,lonely and depressed is once again turning to him for that support,that strength..Asking him to return her "Khushi" back to her..Her world is at a paused mode now..She hasn't noticed the changes around her in the last two days..She only remembers her husband,her God,her food for her ilusional world being thrown out of the house by her brother..She only remembers that no one respects,loves the father of her child...She wants to get back to those days which were happy and lively and carefree..She can't bear the heaviness around her...

What does he do now??Many people were angered,frustrated by ASR's reaction today..But isn't the man in his character??The man,who himself is back from a kidnapping..has to face soo much..An infamously hot-headed,short-tempered man that he is..How could we expect him to behave any other way..And Come to that,Khushi is the person he goes to vent out his frustrations...He is frustrated by his sister's condition,he's hurt by the fact that even for the powerful man he is,he can't efface the wrongs of his wife's past and thus that outburst..that he hopes he never met her,that he never loved her,that she never loved him so much that his heart can't be ruthless anymore...

Yesterday my heart bled for the Man ASR...Hands tied,he has to digest his own words..That he's no more the supreme powerful businessman ASR..that he can't bring back his sister's happiness,that he can't mend his wife's broken heart...He's one poor soul now..robbed of the cunning nature and gifted with a heart that can only bleed,bleed and bleed!!

Hats off to BS ,SI and DB for that helluva performance..A pitch perfect 20 mins on television...Need say anything else??IPK is sooo back!!👏
