ok just read the spoiler Anjali in clinic to abort the child and RM wasis searching her. this is ME promo

Iska matlab she believes Khushi and hates shyam ,

or is she doing this to arm twist Arnav to bring back shyam into her life ,that she dont want to bring this child into this world wherethe baby wont get Father's Love (as Arnav and Anjali childhood) and not ready to raise the child as a single mother.

As they have never shown Anjali to be that manipulative, i think she believes in Khushi and Arnav.

Second thing she can take Arnav or say it in front of him to arm twist no need to be secretive.

even if she doesn't believe them completely Shyam agreed that he said yes for divorce...
