Those videos are just perfect to understand it all.

Arnav was mum this time coz he really trusts Khushi now.He wanted to trust her before but he couldn't.remember what he said in the airport, that he really wanted Khushi to be proved innocent? What Khushi did for Arnav during this kidnapping is more than a strong evidence to believe in her words. Arnav and Khushi's love is now bonded with trust, so he can be mum and give his wife the full opportunity to speak up.
