She went out to the car. Arnav gave her hand which Khushi willingly accepted. He opened the car door and helped her sit in, like a proper gentleman.
They reached the venue. Khushi was shocked at what she saw. The room was decorated with flowers and candles. There was a table with a candle on it. All the dishes were Khushi's favourites!
Khushi: Arnav this is just so beautiful!
Arnav snaked his arms around her waist and rested his chin on her shoulder.
Arnav: Nope! Not more than you! Khushi you look drop dead gorgeous tonight! Blue suits you the most. It makes you look so hot!
Khushi turned red at his comment.
Khushi: (shyly) All thanks to you. Your choice is really good!
Arnav: Thank you! And now can we eat? I'm hungry.
They both had a romantic candle light dinner. They fed each other frequently and obviously Arnav did not forget to do his masti in between.
After dinner, in the car.
Arnav: Khushi, I have to go to a clients house to sign a deal right now.
Khushi: Now? At this hour? Its already 11:45 pm
Arnav: Yeah I know but this is urgent. So you're coming with me to his house.
Khushi: What? No! I'm going home
Arnav: No ways Khushi! You're not going home alone.
Khushi: But I can manage.
Arnav: Stop arguing Khushi. You're coming with me and that's final.
Khushi: Fine!
Khushi was upset because she wanted to be with Arnav at 12:00 because it was her birthday. But now she would have to be with those stupid clients of his.
They reached the clients building. Khushi was impressed by what she saw. The building was huge with large balconies.
Khushi: This place is so good!
Arnav: Wait till you see the house.
They stepped in the elevator and reached the 14th floor.
Khushi: I love flats on high floors!
Arnav: I know that. This house is really good!
They reached the flat and khushi was shocked to see the name plate.
Khushi: Mr and Mrs Raizada? This house is ours? (Excited)
Arnav: Go ahead and open the door.
She opened the door and could not believe what she saw. The house was huge! Khushi was admiring whatever came into her view with Arnav beside her. Just then the clock struck 12.
Arnav: Happy Birthday My Love!
He engulfed her in a tight hug.
Khushi: Thank you so much Arnav. I thought you forgot it was my birthday!
Arnav: How could I forget that? Its next to impossible to forget my baby's birthday! Anyways do you like the house?
Khushi: No
Arnav: (sad) You don't?
Khushi: No I love it, you idiot! Nothing could've been a better gift than this! Thank you sooo much! And I love you sooo much!
Arnav: I love you too Jaan!
He smacked his lips with hers and they kissed passionately for a while. Arnav broke the kiss panting for air
Arnav: So now you know why I was not home lately? I was busy doing transactions for this house.
Khushi: I know and I'm sorry for what I did yesterday night. I thought you lost interest in me. (Tears in eyes)
Arnav:(wiping the tears) Baby don't cry. I exactly know how you must be feeling and believe me I would have done the same if I was on your place.
Khushi: But I was so silly to think of that. And really Arnav I've missed you a lot!
Arnav: I missed you too. And I'm going to make up for it.
Khushi: How?
Arnav: Think about it Khushi. We're alone in the whole house with no disturbance at all and besides the bedroom is waiting for us!
Arnav picked her up and made his way to the bedroom.
And Khushi's birthday ended on a happy note with a beautiful love making night!
