Okay it seems like is from the CPR scene (watch the video from 4:35). It's a close-up picture (which has been taken on the set) that's the reason y it doesn't seems like the jungle in the background. But I'm not sure though as when you do CPR your holding the person's mouth and that's what Arnav is doing in the scene too, but here he is holding her cheek.

We have to wait and watch.
