i totally agree with @ curlyhairdee... Arnav doesnot know the entire story, so he is observing shyam's reactions.. bcoz he also knows what type of characterless person shyam is... tomorrow when shyam will try to save himself by telling khushi characterless, then the ASR form will emerge from Arnav... chill guys as long as arnav, nk and now of couse (at last) payal is there with khushi, the truth will definately come out..
