She has always clutched to his shirts even when she was unconcious. They showed those scenes today. He panicked when she did not hold on to him. That's when he found something was wrong.

And the relief, happy smile again when she held on to his vest, when he carried her. he found everything was right.

that was a very powerful & heart-wrenching scene when he realizes that she is not clutching his shirt/vest as always, he thought he had lost her forever. that scene is branded in my mind forever. kudos to the cv's and arshad khan for conceiving that scene and of course barun and sanaya for executing that scene so beautifully.👏.

I thought the same thing. He was very affraid because she didn't hold his shirt like the previous time. This scene is one of my favourite from today episode😍.
