Its a bit too early to react coz she fell off towards the end n so we cudnt really see much of it buh we cud see he was starting to tear up.

When he had thought khushi had an accident we had like 10 mins left before the end of the show so maybe thats why he looked more distraught

well just have to wait n watch tomoz, buh the accident he had thought it was her, buh here he saw her falling off the cliff in front of his very own eyes.

though arnav looked more distraught when running behind the ambulance on compared to the cliff portion.. today he more and over made up for it
