I don't think the promo wasn't meant to play out literally. Since the promo showed K gaining Shyams trust.

She's already done that this week without any groveling...

OK. No way I am watching the episode to confirm this but I thought Khushi and NK were in non-RM car which BTW was the opposite of what they showed in the precap yesterday...
