Hiya Doods ...Interesting post as usual ... everyday i have to read ur post at least twice to get the gist out ... ( bahut dimaag lagana padh raha hai) ... ironical because i am able to understand the episode in one view ... go figure ...I don't know why ... but i got a very distinct feeling after watching the episode yesterday ... maybe someone here will try to discuss this out ... or also felt the same ...Yesterdays episode ... left me with a thought .. that there is some change going to happen to story line ... or if not .. then the pace of the story line will change ...do u get a feeling Anjali will smell a rat .. much before she is made aware of the truth ...????while the episodes are fast paced these days ... i think the story movement has slowed down .. please note.. i am saying story movement ...not screenplay movement here ?These are once again my ramblings ... just a feeling i got ...Ok now to the episode ... & Gandhiji ... ( yeh lo tum bhi mere gandhi club main aana chahti ho ??😡)neway Gandhi has been back for a while .. he was behind the whole chase sequence when khushi found Arnav .. ( he was on the sets .. saw him on SBB / SBS 😉) ... The guru dutt shaft lighting are his trademarks ... The hut scene ... the con had gandhi stamp on it ... ... but .. today whatever u pointed as great camera work .. was actually the work of the director ...Camera is angle & lighting ... placement of actors .. ( the triveni & et all ) is directors concept of the shot .& the directors interpretation of the written word ... ...& Khan sahib has really joined the party ... may be the stress of not working with BDs is finally paying dividends ...Yesterday Khan .. epitomized the adage ... "The Director is the captain of the ship " to the "T" ... his interpretation of the written word was so simple that the message of the show was absolutely clear to all ... Now all he needs to do is get a nice set of assistants ... who will keep good check on continuity ... yesterday anjali's room was not reset at all ... it was distinctly Arnav's room ...But chalo major improvement toh hai ...
thank u geeta...😳
Hey Bush! I was thinking of you all along when I saw the crib, Maamiji, and Masala Mama! Knew you would be happy seeing them! 😆
===============================================
How glad am I that Devi Maiyya is back!! Today's episode took me right back to the good ol' days. Nearly every week we got to see poojas, we got to see Devi maiyya, and Anjali with her thaal, the gende ke phool (marigolds), and the whole RM family gathering to pray!Auspicious, holy times are back! That fire burning in the havan reminded me of a torch, the light of knowledge flaming through. I couldn't help see the fire as a source of light and energy that will soon drive away misconceptions, misunderstandings and bring to light the truth that is covered in darkness. Along with that, I felt that the fire symbolizes the burning of sins, the end of evil. Since it was Raksha Pooja, the main people that need it are of course ASR and the unborn child/children.
The holy fire drives away impurities and toxicity in the air - and I'm so glad that they brought it in now - when things are building up, when Khushi's brain is hurtling ahead like a bullet train, when Anjali caught at least one lie of Shyam, and when Maamiji and NK each know the other half of the whole truth. Shyam has been playing with fire for too long now, he's soon going to face destruction - material wise, emotional wise, or mental wise (?) - not sure of the last one!
The whole Raksha Pooja scene was a breath of fresh air, plus it really brought in a lot of positivity! The images of Devi Maiyya interspersed with Khushi searching for they keys was extremely well done! The 'keys' of truth, the 'keys' that will unlock Shyam's truth and his consequent downfall, the 'keys' that will lock away the misunderstandings between Khushi-Arnav, and the 'key' to unlock happy-and-not-so-happy times ahead!For now though, the key is important to reach to Arnav. The same key will lead to Shyam trumpeting his cleverness which will eventually be his ruin. Khushi, with Devi Maiyya's help, has found it - the way to Arnav is not very far now.I can't help see the similarity of finding Arnav the last time the keys landed her way. At that time it was Maami who caught it safely in her hands, holding it carefully. The keys that time showed Khushi-Maami what had happened to Arnav after he entered the airport. This time, the key is safe with Khushi - so she is going to get more clues about Arnav that will help her proceed on her mission to find him.
Khushi's newest ally on her mission 'Find/Rescue Arnavji' is her close friend Nanheji a.ka NK. This guy just reminded me of the Shakespearen 'Fools'. In Shakespeare's plays, the characters of the 'fools' or 'jesters' entertained and regaled the audience, but were gifted with immense sense of wit, astuteness, and cleverness. These adorable creatures could charm their way into anyone's hearts but their sharp insights into human behaviour and mentality marked them apart from the rest.NK is just like a Shakespearen 'fool'. His innocent, playful, charming, sweet-natured and calm personality is an instant hit with everyone. People laugh when he is around, he brings a smile to everyone's faces when the cips are down, and he always soothes ruffled feathers immediately. NK's care-free and funny nature hides a sharp, wary, cautious, clever and thoughtful mind. This very factor of his will help Khushi in keeping a tab on Shyam. NK displayed so much smartness today that my admiration for him has just gone up a few more notches!"Khushiji agar mere jagah jijaji hota, toh kya aap ko lagta hai ki voh sab kuch bata dega?""Hume jijaji pe nazar rakhni hogi. Who kaha jaate hai, kya karte hai'""Dhyaan rakhna padegaa'""Jab jijaji kamre se bahaar jayenge tab main kamre ke andar jaoonga"All the above statements show how many steps ahead NK thinks. He is not impulsive like Khushi, he is not extremely emotional like her, and he knows which step to take where and when. Maamiji and her side seriously have excellent brains! Bubbliya too showed quite some crafty planning while she was there! Now only Masala Maama remains! (bechaara takes so much space and yet doesn't find much space on camera!) 😆Shyam for one, wouldn't even suspect of NK knowing the truth about him- well, half truth about him. NK too didn't slip up while he was testing Shyam. All his questions, suggestions and observance was done so naturally and in his normal casual way that Shyam thrown off track for some moments lost his cool, and hastily closed the door behind NK, not for once thinking that NK's simple talk was a means to see the truth about him Shyam.NK has now seen one side of his dear jijaji - a broad minded person like him needed a reasonable point to believe his friend Khushi, if this is what it takes for NK to believe Khushi about Shyam, then imagine the rest of RM when his truth is out in the open! ASR will be by her side for sure, but that will not be enough unless there is a solid, valid proof about his dangerous and evil side!Anjali - what a performance Daljeet! I was scared out of my socks- err, wait I don't wear socks now, well then, I was scared out of my toe-nails when she fixed Shyam with that stern icy point-blank glare! It was so good to see Shyam quailing under that 'look' of hers. Gawd, all these women give him all 'looks' only! First Khushi, now Anjali- next Payal (since she came into the room while Khshi was searching for the key)?Oh but I'm digressing- coming back to Anjali. Didn't I tell you that there is something extra to this woman? That she is extremely strong from within? Her delicate doll act is just that - an act - to gain the attention, sympathy and love from a world that she knows is otherwise cruel. Her dream-world, her fantasy is her means of shunning that outside gruesome world. Her world was shattered the day her mother died on her wedding day. Her parents marriage had gone wrong somewhere, dipped in that vat of insecurity her main aim now is to ensure that her current married life doesn't face the same fate as that of her parents.Anjali's insecurity is her greatest weakness and strength. She does note the changing colours on her husband's face, she does know that there is something that doesn't add up - but she chooses to ignore it since it will only lead to pain and destruction - that is her weakness. Her insecurity though pushes her to be strong, firm, determined, demanding and authoritative when the situation isn't going her way. This is her world, how dare anything go against her wishes?
Today too, did Shyam dare go against her wishes? Nope! He himself said it, "hum toh aapke ghulaam hai" 😆 ' and he will remain so for a long time until Anjali finds out about him!Shyam the Devil! Grins' these CV's also' kya sense of humour hai! Long back in an analysis, I think IP Redux: 36 I had found out the below (an extract from my analysis):36 ADDS UP TO THE DEVIL/SHYAM
"If we take the number 36 and add each number from 1 to 36 the total is 666 - the number of Satan/Devil. It is said, that the Devil has the number 666 carved on his body. No, that doesn't mean you zoom in to see if Shyam has 666 tattooed somewhere But he is very much like the evil Devil here... "Since 666 is the mark of 'The Beast', there's more information on this:The beast is Satan in a brilliant, perfect body. He will appear to people as a glorious being and he claims to be God. He will have many names, all of which are different names for God. In fact, he will have a total of six hundred and sixty-six (666) names.So why does he need so many names? Because he wants to appeal to every person on earth. He carefully select his blasphemous names so that one of his names will appeal to each person on earth.How true are the highlighted/bold parts when it comes to Shyam? This is all just trivia ' the CV's like to have fun at us decoding I guess! Or it was done out of total sincerity, but I can just see the lighter side of this 666 hint.Also, since Khushi says that 666 unlocks the briefcase, it is known that unlocking of 666 means unlocking the Anti-Christ/Satan. Wow, Shyam extra Devil ke roop main! Need my popcorn and coca cola within reach when he emerges as the ultra-Satan!Par why fear when Devi Maiyya is near? And not only Devi Maiyya, but Maamiji, NK and Payal too? I simply loved the arrangement of the pooja scene.
Shyam-Anjali on one side, Naaniji, Aakash-Payal on the opposite side, and Maamiji, Masala Maama, NK and Khushi in the middle facing Devi Maiyya. Couldn't help noting that it was almost like the two couples would be facing challenges ahead, pitted against each other. Maami-Khushi-NK will be together in finding Arnav, and supporting each other, or rather supporting Khushi when fingers are pointed at her for not disclosing the truth all this time.Also, Maamiji, NK and Khushi formed a triangle in one shot! Brilliant work! Even though Maamiji is out of the inbhestigashun for some time due to her sprained ankle, she can still be relied on, after all her brain hasn't suffered any sprain! She says so too, "Sprain ke vajah se hum inbhestigashun se out nahin hue, never!!" She might be out of the action for some time, and seems like the truth about Shyam won't come out in front of her too so fast.
And in all this, do not forget, dear HP! The witness of Shyam being in the wrong place at the wrong time! Will be really happy if the CV's bring HP into the limelight for once ' he's such a sweetheart (since he caught Shyam red-handed innumerable times), he deserves some more space and importance here! 👍🏼What was also interesting to note was that NK's and Shyam's eyes were open during part of the pooja. Two people quite aware and conscious of what is happening. Shyam may be only conscious about the Will, but NK is now conscious about Shyam's true character (whatever half he knows about him). Shyam meanwhile is at ease, glancing only at his watch as he longs to get going closer toward wealth. Little does he know that Khushi and NK are very close on his tail. His confidence in himself, his ego and vanity are all going to be a death trap for him. A smug smirk is pasted on his face throughout the pooja ' can't wait to see Devi Maiyya wipe that smirk off his face soon!Khushi, as usual impulsive, rushes off to find the key, and in the process loses her ear-ring. Payal being there hints at something, but I don't know what... will wait for DB to decode that! For me, the ear-ring always stood for Arnav's love for her. During the pre-marriage PayAsh track, he hands over her ear-ring to her, placing it in her hands, and closing her hand over it ' a symbol of his love placed in her. Next, he holds her ear-ring in his hand during the Heer-Ranjha track. This time she takes it from him ' accepting his love held out to her! There is one more incidence with the ear-ring' but I just can't seem to recall! Anyway, her ear-ring falling and getting lost just seemed to be like how it appeared like she lost his love for some period of time, but found it again. Along with finding and recognizing his love for her, she will find the key to resolve all the confusion existing ' Shyam's ego, Shyam's lust, Shyam's greed, Shyam's under-estimation of her, and Shaym's pride ' that's the key!HINTS/POINTERSOkay, the discussions on Redux soon after the episode airs have a wealth of information, deductions and analysis of the hints! I'm just listing the hints I found today, but seriously, these regular after-episode discussers on Redux churn out really cool answers to the hints! 😊 And now without much further time-wasting:Izzat liye bina ' NK to Shyam (he meant 'ijaazat')Shyam wiping the bloodstain off the shoesBaatein bana rahe the ' NK to NaanijiAap fillar mat kijiyeChumbak se chudakar, - NK to Khushi (he meant 'changul' ' clutches)AdaalatHum aur aap chutti ke liye jaayenge' gudiya rani aane se pehleAapko sab pata hai ' for MaamijiSprain ke vajah se hum inbhestigashun se out nahin hue neverHP tapak gaya
===============================================SPECIAL NOTE TO CV'S/WRITERS OF IPKKNDYou have been doing a great job in holding the people's interest ever since Barun Sobti has been on leave. I am personally loving the intrigue and build-up right now, it keeps me on the edge of my seat, however bloopers here and there sometimes mars the excitement of watching a nail-biting scene. I understand that these things do happen, but keeping it at a bare minimum would be really appreciated!I would also like to put across to you that a character like Khushi needs to be portrayed more directly. A lot of her inner thoughts are left out from the audience. For example, the character of Khushi has always had a strong morality in life. These days she has been slipping white lies off her tongue so easily. I understand why she is doing this, the current circumstances are leaving her with limited options to counter the questions about Arnav.
However, in order that the audience doesn't feel that the character Khushi is becoming a liar, it would be great if we could see her regretting, or ashamed of the lies she has to tell in order to cover up for Arnav. A monologue on the lines of, "Hume jhooth bolna pasand nahin hai, lekin hum aap logo se sach bhi kaise keh sakte hai! Aap logo ko chinta naa ho, isiliye hum ye safed jhooth bolne padte hai" would suffice.Besides that, lage raho IPKKND Team! Lighting, sound, music, acting, writing ' all awesome! I'm enjoying it! 👏 👏
Love and Cheers,
Nia 😊
