i have a request

can u post regularly and give us an insight into film-making, some of us are beginners here-it will be a great help

need not do it everyday if u r pressed for time

u can help us understanding their constraints better

only if u are amenable - of course😃

Wow..it was lovely...I have no talent for poems, just cannot rhyme words or string words together rather and hence really admire the ones who have that like you, Shreya, Lucky 😊

My first impressions : ( i have seen the epi only once that too on internet)

1. PATHETIC shot designing

2. Can understand Barun is not around ... but were the junior artists dates also a problem .. that u cudnt shoot them in a legitimate location ... ek spot main gundo ko rakha hai ... one exits shot one enters shot ...WHAT THE !!!!!

3.Why is Arnav coming on to Khushi ?????? it started right with him talking to her ... why cudnt they continue in that vein ...

4.The song Saiyyan ... kya ho gaya hai Nissar ko ... why was there a need for a song ... Can ne1 of the creative team visit the post production studio when track mixing is happening ... WHAT THE ... abrupt start of the song ... NISSAR / GUL ... U GUYS don't need bolly nos. here ... u have an excellent BG score neways ... while u were using that there was romance ... switching onto the bolly no ... ruined the moment ... u start a romantic sequence with a song on a high pitch & scale ... WHAT THE ... romance scene shoot karne ka ABC bhi bhool gaye ho kya tumlog ...

5. U titillated your audiences over the weekend for this ... a complete botched up banged up job of a scene. Are Hitesh & Ritesh also on leave ... even the dialogues today lacked the punch

6. I have only one question for Sanaya ... was her reference for expressions in the hot scenes today the one where the bangle pierces her ... cause that was her expression ... she looked extremely pained ... She dint do shy ... she dint do aroused... she dint do passionate ... she dint do excited ... she dint do apprehensive ... she dint do confused ... all these expressions would've been justified ... she loves the guy ... she is attracted to the guy ... she still doesn't know where she stands with him ... & she has to take such a big step ... my understanding of where Khushi was mentally in this scene ... now pan to her expressions ... which of the above did they convey ... Sanaya has always been weak with desire expressions ... so today Mr.Khan u highlighted that for her audience ... instead of downplaying the same ...

even as i write this i am boiling up ... can't believe that a director of such a popular show can be so dam lazy ...
Lighting ... camera placement ... ( one can understand the limitations of working with the BD) but Gandhiji ... get over Guru Dutt style of lighting in every romantic scene ... u could have played with shadows ( u did touch upon it once or twice) ...It could have been ... very titillating ... takes care of pathetic expressions of Sanaya ... a shadow shows deep breathing much better than an actual close up shot ...

If this is the way you guys are designing tracks i am dam scared for the future of this show ...

As i view the epi more times ( strictly if i can stomach it) ... will pour out more rants ...

I will touch upon barun later ... but i hardly noticed dreamboat in this episode ... i was so appalled by sanaya ...

Nice one Winey 👏... lagta hain you are damn angry today ... waise there are problems in the decision making and hurried direction and now the flaw in the planning and execution is getting visible ... dekhtein hain ...let's give them some time ...

I think the vital difference in the two scenes is Khushi's discomfort. In the diwali scene, she was submissive and both were lost in each other. But here Khushi was clearly uncomfortable and reluctant and ASR being the ultimate gentleman and the true lover should have picked up the vibes.

i am confused - was Khushi being reluctant/scared

or SI - was she uncomfortable?😕

i wouldn't blame her if she was; she once freely admitted she was not comfortable doing such scenes

yep i am here ... thanx so much for your words ... definitely will do it ... there was bit more to my rant yesterday ... suggesting camera angles & shot taking ... do read if u r interested .. after this i thought i was way to acerbic so stopped ... all ranted out 😉

ye i am ... they built my expectations with some wonderful hype & PR over the weekend ...

c i am not unhappy with the content of the episode at all ... i am also OK with the bloopers ( can understand & sympathize with the restrictions they are working on)

But what i can't stomach is botched up creativity ... all the mistakes i pointed out had nothing to do with content it was pure execution ...right execution would have made todays episode a landmark episode for IPK ... which it so badly needs at this point of time ...

i liked the way the episode started ... the firefly scene & all ... loved that he conversed with her ( a first in their relationship) ... c more than Arnav coming on to Khushi ( he has done that in the past as well) it was that he was speaking with her ( they acted like a normal couple) even in his dialogues there was a familiarity ... but the moment they went on to intimate scenes ... the episode went downhill

I will take a small shot to explain ... look at the time that he kissed her on the neck ... neck is not face so what if a BD was used ... can one not use an angle where the neck is visible & the face is not ... & actually show him physically kiss her .. rather than an implied one ... ruins the aesthetic appeal of the scene ... ruins the passion of the scene ... all u had to do was shoot the scene from Sanaya/BD's back ... keeping the focus on Arnav's face ... & when u do close up of Sanaya ... all u had to do was show her moving her face to the other side ... hiding it in arnav's shoulder nook ... there u have placement & ur problem of BD is solved ... & u have some sexy moment captured on camera ...

Lekin "White" discussion mein aaya tha na... from the moment i saw the promo i have been thinking that we ahd discussed this and we had stopped at white or red, I am not sure now..😆

Curves, AP? What curves...the BD has even less curves than sanaya...waise Barun seems really comfortable with the BD...unlike sanaya
