I really wonder what purpose his re-entry would serve cuz going by the spoilers afloat, He's not playing any role in helping Khushi track down Arnav. Maybe for the redemption part. Only the CV's know!

I don't think Shyam will be exposed yet.

Thus, there is room for more MU after initial romance.

There is room for NK to clear up MU
