I know a lot of us feel right now that since Khushi already knows she loves Arnav, and because Arnav already confessed to Khushi, there might be no regret/redemption/repentance track.
But I do believe we will have a redemption track . Read below for the reasons.
Khushi will not be the one to put him through it. She will be ready to forgive him, she loves him so much. So much that she will put herself in between Arnav and harm...she will bite the bullet for him.
She will be very critical...in the hospital.
Arnav will go to the temple..as we already have predicted. He will pray for her to come back to life, well in one piece. But here lies the twist...we are thinking he will pray and she will get better so where is the reason for redemption.
We have to remember that our Arnav is still ASR. And ASR does not know to beg, plead or pray.
He does not know to ask ..he knows to grab what he wants, or make a deal.
Give the other party something in return for what he wants.
That is how he deals with people. Each time.
Now is no different. So he will go to Devi Maiyya. He will say "please". He will pray and ask that Khushi is well and alive. But he will also give something in return. He will make a deal in return for Khushi's well being. What will the deal be?
If we go back to the "character dheela" episode where Khushi accuses Arnav of being character dheela for trying to have a live in relation with Lavanya. She says one more thing
"Aap rishte apne matlab ke liye banate hain, our jab matlab pura hojaye to na ko bandhan na koi zimmedari.."..something on those lines.
Recently also when Payal and ASR by mistake exchange medicines and there is uproar by Mami and ASR handles the issue, Khushi accuses him of trying to keep everything in his control.
She says that first he will spoil things, then mend them and become mahaan in people's eyes.
Along with above two things..ASR also will realize that association with him did not bring about any good to Khushi. He married her , but could not keep her from harm. In order so save his Di's nanhi Khushi, his Khushi had to bite the bullet. He will remember every bad word and action he took against Khushi and think that she is better off without him. She was happy without him.He loved her but could not love her properly.
So here is the deal he will make with Devi Maiyya. He will not cross Khushi's path again. He will have a " bina kisi matlab ka bandhan". which means he will love her without any expectations or possesiveness. He has held her captive for months. He will set her free..now. His so called "love" did not prove good for her. So he will promise to Devi Maiyya that he will set Khushi free from him.
Remember it was in front of Devi Maiyya that he married her and puts Sindoor on the fateful night.
And he will set Khushi free from himself in front of Devi Maiyya. Because he will know that all that matters to him is that she be alive, well and happy. He will lose his possessiveness and authority over Khushi at that point. Also he will try to rectify things from there on..redeem himself for his mistakes but not openly. Because he will try not to be "mahaan" in front of people. He will rectify things in disguise , or on the sly.
Outwardly he will remain the same old bad bitter ASR. He will declare he doesn't love her.She will be shattered. But he will always be around her( I think he will be in disguise) and always help her, support her, protect her. He will develop all those qualities of a good husband that Khushi described to her mother at GH.
Khushi will realize he does love her and about this deal he made with Devi Maiyya. How she brings him to her from there is another track. Maybe by goading him to fight with her...
But repentance/redemption will be there...because that's the deal with Devi Maiyya. Then when he proves that he has repented enough, that he truly loves Khushi with no expectations...Devi Maiyya herself will bring these two together.
On Teej , last time, it was Anjali who refused to break her fast until Shyam comes and gives her a sip of water.
This time, Khushi will refuse to break her fast, until Arnav comes to give her water, and she will make him come out of his shell. One thing Arnav cannot handle is anything bad happening with her. So he will come out of his hiding and give her a sip. Lets see how CVs take it from there.
