Negative Publicity

This is just my view having followed Indian soaps for a long time. All the negative publicity about Barun leaving or gone for 11/28/40/45 days is not helping the TRP's. At least some of his fans I believe were upset with his absence and vague replies. I do think that Barun needs to come back or they need to give at least 2 to 3 scenes of him daily. This is a love story and it will not work if the lead is absent for so long. They need to get rid of Masala Mama and get NK back to improve the storyline and help filling in the rest of the 20 mins of the episode. The rival serial is always introducing new storylines and characters whereas in our IPK although the story was bit better than the comedy track there were too many flashbacks of old scenes and as a viewer one could see that they were trying to bridge Arnav's absence with the flashbacks.
