Anyway, one of my immediate reactions to Khushi's realisation scene is how similar it was to when Arnav realised he loved Khushi (the day after he would of told her had the terrace scene not happened) ...
It's a shame, Khushi's never heard Anjali's "Tummhe aisa lagar jaise, agar woh tumhe na mile na, toh tumhari saasien ruk jayeghe" it would have completely fitted. Both Arnav and Khushi acknowledged to themselves that they love the other when either of them have been in fear of the other ones safety and whereabouts. ASR after the ambulance incident and Khushi now! Wonderful full circle! Cannot live with each other but cannot live without.

Whoever wrote the dialogue to Khushi's realisation scene - credit to you!👏👏👏
Strip away the bubbly, quirky, happy-go-lucky attitude and essentially Khushi is human and just like every other girl but who at the same time is incredibly mature for her age though that doesn't always come across. I love perfectly it summed up Khushi's dilemma, she knows their relationship and the connection they have is shrouded in hate, she knows he has demeaned, harmed her and insulted her in many ways yet she cannot deny she can't be without him. She misses him and though it's silly, unwise and a mistake she's accepted that she might just be in love with him. From the little I understand of emotions and the even little I understand of love - isn't it a common belief, it happens without choice, without control.
Loved how they picked contrasting flashback moments. They were not at all romantic Rabba Vey moments but scenes where ASR has caused her distress - whether it was when he snapped her dori, demeaned her and stuffed money in her hand, viciously pinned her to the wall after the GH incident, harshly dealt with her in the office, unleashed his fury on her in anger, forced her to marry him or asserted his rights as a husband unjustly (post-marriage mandir) and even accused her of being a home wrecker yet despite all of that she still loves him and she can't deny that!
We always accuse the writers of favouring ASR's character more when it comes to writing depth and meaningful scenes (and perhaps this is true to an extent) but with this they've completely negated all that - in the one reflection scene we got a snapshot of a woman torn between her head and heart too. In love with the man her heart craves for but her head holds reservations against because of the past!
I loved Tu Hi Bata playing the background (thank you CVS, I missed it in the ME) - I guess it holds true to the concept of this show - though there is a hate in their relationship there is love too, a love that conquers all and reigns. This is the IPKKND I got drawn to and the one I want to watch. Faith restoring in the CVS again🥳
I hope we get more episodes, scenes and moments like this much more frequently!
Thoughts I need to write and share so I can back to doing the things that need my attention, appreciate you reading all the way through comment and like please! Share your thoughts!😛
