sorry, I dont recollect the dates on the will. But based on discussions, looks like original Anjali will date and Shyam's fraud is the same. So the issue is the date of Akash's will, which we dont know yet. Its my POV that Mr Roy's asst returned the will to ASR for destroying purposes because the will is a privileged document and it generally stays with the lawyer and no one comes to know. Otherwise, people will start killing each other to get hold of riches.

This was what struck me; and another thing, why a will and not something else? Like, a property transfer document or a partnership deed or something else? Why are the CVs showing a will which will wind Shyam's path for longer, that is, until ASR is dead? The other two should give immediate possession of his property and Shyam knows this better than anyone else being a lawyer and all(if he actually is one). So why make a duplicate will? If he was going to change the papers after Khushi read it, why not make it something more simpler? Stamp paper is stamp paper anyway!

And then the will would vest Akash with the power to manage the estate, right? I thought I got my law wrong for a moment!

Ha, yeah, he was running out of files to read and his dear wifey put those Nainital papers in the water. What else to do for entertainment!

The point was not your post, it was all the spoilers and offscreen stuff we keep hearing which takes away the fun from the episode.
