I am not doing any analysis of the entire episode😉...you all know the reason...i am very very lazy to think and write😉...
but however...i might do bits & pieces here and there...so please bear with me😳
Episode analysis have been beautifully analyzed by Doods and Tanths...so i dont wish to spoil it😆
(i also went through 10 pages...didnt see any references...so i thought i might put it down...if i missed it by any choice...please do take the due credit😃)

Things that caught my attention...

1) the numerous clocks in AR office
let us look at the scene...there are a total of 4 clocks.But initially when Khushi turns to look at the clock, only 2 are visible...and when she fully turns it becomes 3...and when she looks after she sits down they show 4 clocks...
here each clock represents a relationship..let me explain
clock showing Indian time---> Anjali & Shyam
clock showing London time --> Khushi & Arnav
clock showing Singapore time ---> Payal & Akash
clock showing Australian time ---> Raizada family(Nani,Mami,Mama) & Gupta family(Buaji,Garima,Bauji)

Right now the 2 couples which are under scanner are Shyam-Anjali & Arnav-Khushi...and with time Payal-Akash will also undergo the strain and their relationship will weaken after the truth comes out.Thirdly, there will also be a strain between the elderly people of both the families...but they will be the first to take necessary actions...only time will tell.

2) Second is the bag theory...if u remember😊...
Time is soon going to come when the truth will be out and Khushi will have to take leave from RM...the process have already started...the colourful dresses,bags etc...are again back in the bag...again belonging only to KKGSR...ASR will have to earn it back and that too in the hard way.
this bag seems to depict the entire life of Khushi...her cheerfulness and her spirit of spreading happiness to everyone around her without a second thought...This bag also holds the key to her secret...the file which Shyam has given to her.
