I feel cheated each time I read the above lines. They promised us something completely different from what we are seeing now and its very unfair... 😭 I dont have an issue in what they are trying to show but the backdrop of comedy is unacceptable. I loved Dood's analysis and it seems totally plausible however the execution of such a deep track is extremely shoddy. If they did not have Barun and Sanaya enacting these roles, the TRP's could have gone to 1 quite easily.

Yesterday I watched the episode like a layman. I watched it without any expectations and without trying to decode and decipher what were the hidden meanings. I don't need to say but I was disappointed with the execution. I know what this is leading to - the major confrontation that we have all been waiting for - but if for one moment we forget Doodhs and Sathya and the wonderful decoding that they do for us - What was the episode actually trying to project!? And I mean on face value.

Bang on, Anna. I wrote the same thing on Priya's crooner. I saw it as a layman too and still thought that Sanaya has got a very raw deal. To not think while writing her scenes, to set up the stage for her death in zest is unforgivable in my eyes. I know its a daily soap, I know they cannot excel each time but how come they managed to do it last year. Why were they not so many fillers then? It baffles my mind to see a stellar artist like Sanaya not getting her due🥺.

Was it trying to tell us that if a wife comes to know about the kundali dosh in her husband and thinks that he wants to kill her she should decide to go and jump off a terrace herself!? Was it trying to tell us - in any situation death is the perfect solution!? Was it trying to tell us that suicide is the best option to solve any problem!?

I think thats the exact message that they are trying to pass on. I thought Khushi was a fighter and now she has decided to die. Leaving the parents who took her in when she was an orphan, her sister who is still being tortured, Anjali at the mercy of a rascal like Shyam without telling Arnav the truth... How could they assassinate her character like that? In my eyes, the creatives have committed a heinous crime. It was a sad day for me yesterday... 😔.

The reason I started today's analysis with the first promo dialogues is because this was the promo that got me excited to watch the show. As by now all of you must know that I am not much of a fan of comedy but intense and heart wrenching scenes - and when this promo aired - I expected the same - at least the same when it was needed and more than ever that seriousness and that intensity was needed in this track. The above dialogues - fit aptly in the current MU track. If I am to just give a basic input on how it fits in - They love each other but both are unaware. She sees hate in his eyes but he loves her and that love hurts him for he is in a MU. She wants to hate him for all that he has done to her - trampled her dreams and hopes but she cannot and on the other hand he wants to love her - but he cannot for he thinks she is responsible for breaking his sister's marriage. Totally apt in the situation they are in currently - but where is the intensity!?

I am with you all the way. To infuse so much OTT drama was killing the essence of IPK to the extent that when today Khushi decided to kill herself, all that you can do is fume. Fume at the mind of the creatives, fume at the execution of a track that could have been so good and fume at the total loss of attraction between the Arnav and Khushi. They sleep next to each other for crying out loud. Aren't they the least bit attracted? What I would have loved is for Khushi to have gotten up screaming and just hugged Arnav with her eyes closed. What I would have liked was for Arnav to be really concerned about Khushi.. And what did I see? One word... OTT!!!!! How could they Anna? 😭

Khushi Kumari Gupta - If there was one reason I liked her, it was for her spirit, her optimistic attitude, even if I forget the OTT done by her and take it as her mechanism of her hiding her pain behind it all - I can never imagine Khushi - THE Khushi to give up so soon! I would expect her to fight not to go jump off the building! If I have ever admired Khushi - it is for her courage to stand up against Arnav (and I do not mean where she was OTT) but I mean where she decided to teach him a lesson when she thought he was doing black magic on her, when she threw the resignation on his face - that was Khushi! When has Khushi given up!?? This girl did not give up when Arnav forcefully married her - This girl did not give up when he threw her out in the cold outside the room, this girl did not give up when she was blackmailed - She fought back and fought back how - making his life HELL!!

And today she decides to suicide because she thinks that her husband has some Kundali dosh and wants to kill her!? What will she do when she thinks that Arnav thinks that she and Shyam are having an affair!? Is she really 23!?? I can only pray to god that this was the last of the crappy execution because frankly as a layman it wasn't an episode with the right message. My sister has already given up on the serial and when my Dad watched it with me yesterday - he was like "What crap do you watch?" and left! If this is the way it continues - only fan bases of Sanaya and Barun will watch it - the rest would give up on it and hence the TRP's would result in a downfall like it has for the last week. Guess can only keep our fingers crossed for what is to come.

What hit me most about this is the fact that despite Shyam's cunning advances and not changing attitude, Khushi is still going to commit suicide without telling Arnav about his sister's misfortune. So she cares enough to leave her balm and mention her first but not enough to tell Arnav that Anjali is married to the minion of the anti christ. She will die without finding the truth about her marriage. Also, as far as I know you just need to get married and leave the person for sorting Kundali dosh not kill the person.

So they are misrepresenting facts, murdering characeterizations and insulting our intelligence every single day...

Coming to the episode - It was out and out an episode for Khushi for me. If I seclude her ridiculous thinking of suiciding -which does not have the justification that Arnav pushed her to it - because if it does - then it means she has NEVER understood who Arnav Singh Raizada is actually - then the episode was all about how many lives has she touched and how many lives she plans to touch when she even decides to die. I am sure there were hidden messages - but I did not see any persay so I would not even touch them -leaving it to Sathya Doodhs and Nia.

So Khushi decided that Arnav was out to kill her and she decides to make Jalebis's to relieve her tension - but then comes Kamlesh Khabri and she imagines herself dead. Then comes the reaction of the family members over her death - and I must add if she is OTT - then her imagination of the reaction of her family members is also a bit over the top. So everyone was there crying over Khushi's death - her Buaji was howling and asking to go with her and Payal was throwing herself on Akash howling. It was funny but not really. Laxmi ji's bit was also nicely done and Arnav's "What the" - what to say about it!?

All in all this scene was about how much khushi has touched everyone's lives - be it the family members, strangers and even Animals. Thought I fail to see the actual significance because this is something that we all know from the beginning - but well - kuch dikhaya hoga toh soch ke hi dikhaya hoga.

Then comes Arnav giving her the milk and she refusing to drink it. Personally I would have liked it if she would have asked him to drink it - that would have been so Khushi - nevertheless she does not drink it and does not even get a night's sleep because she is caught up with the fact that Arnav wants to kill her. And she is scared to such and to such an extent that she tries to strangle herself with the pillow and then starts her wild imagination that she should kill herself than die of the hands of Arnav Singh Raizada.

They have forgotten how they wrote her character. Every so often in one episode, you feel that the intensity in back like in the Garima Khushi scene but no! The CV's are out to frustrate us to the point of us either breaking our television or throwing away our laptop. Why would they destroy our hopes like that every week? 😲

Then comes the most important part the WILL

- Khushi being Khushi - decides to leave something for everyone - The jar of muraba for Anjali - and her first thought is Anjali - that shows how much she cares for Anjali - if only Arnav can read the diary aka the will and realize that the first person in the will is Anjali. The second person - Nani, who she leaves back the shiny shoes from Lucknow that goes with Nani's gulabi dress - shows that she knows that how rooted is Nani to her ground and to her roots - to Lucknow. The third -Buaji -she leaves all her money to her - because she knows that money is needed to run the house and since they are all staying at Buaji's place - Buaji will need it all - Fourth- her parents - Garima and babuji -what can a daughter give them!? - Everything would fail in comparison to what they give us -so she leaves them all the love she can muster. She is about to close her diary when she sees the stars hanging on her bed -and no surprise that she must have left them to Arnav for stars means a lot to both of them - it is their understanding of each other that somewhere in the stars reside their parents. If only Arnav can read it and realize that she has left her everything to people who mean to her the most -Anjali, Nani, Buaji, Garima and Babuji, Payal and lastly Arnav.

Quite evident that the stars were left for Laad Governor. The touch was subtle and heart wrenching but... Comedy BG score for her standing at the edge of the terrace and then doing "terrace natya" (credit: someone of the forum) before jumping off.. again unforgivable!!!

Arnav Singh Raizada and his comfortable demeanor

I have always said Arnav is more relaxed and at ease in the Gupta Household thah he has ever been in Raizada Mansion. Yesterday again we saw that - him being comfortable with Buaji and Garima. The difference between house and home is established through Arnav's actions and manner of his conduct. He helps around the house, he asks Garima to rest, he keeps asking Khushi whether she is okay - he notices small things - what else is to show - that if he had a different upbringing and if the situations were different he would have been a different man all together.

Gul Khan loves his character to bits. That is why the comedy involving him is still quite subtle and believable. But poor Khushi 😭

Pointers

1) Not going to cover on Bubbly Payal and Akash - covered that yesterday

2) Did miss shyam again! I see obsessed with him. But I would rather see Shyam than Khushi act like a mindless chick of 23 years old.

3) Barun looks good in white

Favorite Character of the day

Arnav Singh Raizada for his character growth ' he cares for Khushi and that was evident in his behavior yesterday and plus loved his interaction with Buaji and Garima respectively.

I can only hope that we get seriousness and intensity back now. It is needed. I was watching the show that follows IPKKND - and what emotions!! My interest will shift if the execution is not visible to my eye which is not. I want to see the reason why I started watching the show - which was the first promo and I really do hope to see it soon.

i saw so many incidence when i was young..young generation committed suicide because their parents not accepted for their love..

yarr i don't understand if you love your parents and family..why you will commit suicide for a person who just came to your life before 6 months ago and ready to leave in you months ..
