The episode starts with rats...pests, unclean, parasitic...unwelcome in any household...as they destroy things they come in contact with...take a chunk away from possibly everything they can greedy by nature but at the same time intelligent creatures....reminds you of someone...yes none other than our beloved, dearly missed Shyam Manoher Jha...On the surface it looks so
BUT
if we look at the rats in reference to the Chinese Zodiac...Oh God I have chinese everyday in my post...😆...
Its the first Zodiac sign...whose direction is North...its motto ' I rule'...its element is water and its stem is positive and its polarity...Yang,...Yang, is fast, hard, solid, focused, hot, dry, and aggressive; and is associated with fire, sky, the sun, masculinity and daytime.
Isn't all the above defining Arnav Singh Raizada to the T..
Foreshadowed:
Buaji giving rat poison to Arnav...the truth about Shyam which is no less than poison for Arnav...
Garima mending bag...trying to rectify broken relationships of both her daughters..especially Khushi who will be most affected after truth is out..
Arnav requesting Khushi to help with rat poison...Arnav's request of forgiveness after buaji telling truth...khushi's anger and stance of no discussion further and running away....but I am sure she will come around
Because if Arnav is Yang then Khushi is Yin,..Yin is characterized as slow, soft, yielding, diffuse, cold, wet, and passive; and is associated with water, earth, the moon, femininity and nighttime.
At its heart are the two poles of existence, which are opposite but complementary. The light, white Yang moving up blends into the dark, black Yin moving down. Yin and Yang are dependent opposing forces that flow in a natural cycle, always seeking balance. Though they are opposing, they are not in opposition to one another. As part of the Tao, they are merely two aspects of a single reality. Each contains the seed of the other, which is why we see a black spot of Yin in the white Yang and vice versa. They do not merely replace each other but actually become each other through the constant flow of the universe.
Shyam:
There are three gates to self-destructive hell: lust, anger, and greed. - Bhagavad Gita 16:21
Poor Shyam is suffering through all three...self destructive timer is switched on...😃
Greed is a bottomless pit which exhausts the person in an endless effort to satisfy the need without ever reaching satisfaction. - Erich Fromm, Escape From Freedom

A rich landowner offered to give the newly arrived neighbor all the land he could walk around in one day. The condition was that he would have to be back at the spot from which he started by sundown.
Early the next morning the neighbor set out, without eating any breakfast or greeting anyone. His plan was to cover six square miles. When he finished the first six, he decided to make it nine, then twelve, and finally fifteen.
That meant he would have to walk sixty miles before sundown. By noon he had covered thirty miles. He did not stop for food or drink. His legs grew heavier and heavier. About two hundred yards from the finish line, he saw the sun going toward the horizon. He had only a few minutes left. He gathered all his energies for that one last effort. He staggered across the line just in time.
Then he reached for his heart and fell down in a heap - dead. All the land he got was a piece six feet by two for his grave. He died of greed.
The man who has won millions at the cost of his conscience is a failure. - B.C. Forbes
Khushi:
Khushi has been driven to a point by Arnav where she fails to see the good in him and is always suspecting him be it a good action or bad... She fails to see the actual beautiful man her husband Arnav Singh Raizada is, the very man who is rapidly turning out to be a beloved of GH ladies minus Khushi and Laxmi Nagar gang...all khushi can see is faults in him...why because she is looking for them...

One of the British noblemen had left behind a big castle which contained priceless paintings. The public could come and see them from time to time. One day a group of people were moving through the large rooms and admiring the paintings as they went. One elderly woman never spoke a word but would repeatedly go close to each picture and examine it very carefully. After the visit, someone asked her what she thought of it all. "It was perfect," she said with enthusiasm. "I could not find a speck of dust anywhere."
How often we miss the beauties of life because we are so intent on looking for faults.
Someone puts it this way: "There is so much bad in the best of us, and so much good in the worst of us, that it is not fair for any of us to speak against the rest of us."
