I completely concur, the CVs have lifted my sprits with the Khushi's reflecion and revelation today .. I love you how put it, safeguarding them both, his reputation and her Mother's concern at the risk of her own happiness. Truly martyrdom is very SP-ish but what works here is Khushi isn't feeling sorry for herself or isn't deliberately behaving so.. her character is wired that way to focus on the happiness before all sadness and horrors.

The episode was really perfect in every respect. It suddenly brought back the feelings I had experienced when I first started seeing IPKKND.

I made me remember the reason I used to like the show. If the CV's can write an episode like this why dont they do it all the time.

Absolutely divine.

true! Khushi is most certainly the breaking or making factor for the show..she has a sweet charm and an endearing innocence mixed with quiet dignity that commands respect and tugs at ur heartstrings..but not to pity but to love..i so hope they manage to maintain it..

*sigh* as for Sanaya..what can i say..this girl is so good!! the best i have seen for a very long time..she is unmatched when doing emotional scenes..just makes u cry with her..empathizing with Khushi's plight

Loved reading your wonderful words that explained every emotion. IPKKND is such a magical journey! I too had tears...
The healing line/scene for me was this:
"and then he sleeps holding her hand tightly clasped in his.."
