Sheesh Mahal was reformed into a hotel. And Khushi come to know that Payal's ex fiancee was there. So she came to meet him. They didn't show any connection between Payal's ex fiancee and Arnav's uncle. I hope now u got it.

It happened when Arnav and Lavanya broke up for the first time,( when he saw lavanya sitting in his bed wearing bridal outfit ). So Khushi tried to make patch up between them.She wrote a letter to Arnav as Lavanya and brought plants for him (for which she sold her bangles).

hahaha amensia kuch aisa hi hai
but its impposible to reveal so many facts in one go, they wl reveal it eventually but if they start working on it frm now them we wont feel like forced:)
