Lately i realise that the Barun Sobti mania is not because of just himself. He did baat hamaari, shradhha. The craziness was not there then. Its because we love the character of Arnav, we love the story, we love his chemistry with Sanaya. Imagine if he didnt do IPKKND n was playing the role of ahem, suraj or the anchor of crime patrol would he be what he is today. The credit goes to script, His character,his equation with sanaya, his acting. if Barun maintains that he will work in IPKKND and films both.. that may be till some time but in long run its not possible at all. Managing Tv career(not reality show but daily soap) plus films is difficult. If he returns to Tv with another show i dont know will the audience accept or not.Just look at Gurmeet , after geet ended no big response for Punar vivah, same with Karan Kundra. No one liked his comeback in other shows after kitni mohabbat hai ended. I would just advise barun to think properly about it and check the graph of tv people going to films like

Amar Upadhyay( as Mihir left kyunki to join films namely lOC kargil)

Rajeev Khandelval(people cant forget him as sujal till today but his film career gone down. Even hosting shows cant bring him his lost poularity)

Eijaaz Khan(left kahin to hoga, kavyanjali for small budget films but look at him now he is back to shubh vivah and this how is struggling as what i see)

Then There are so many Hiten Tejwani(karan virani of kyunki now playing fathers roles in pavitra rishta), Iqbal Khan( Kaisa yeh pyar hai ended because he got bored playing angad).

Latest is Sushant Rajput who left the role of Manav. Now he is seen dancing in award shows n functions.

Bollywood is already packed up with too many actors, star sons,daughters. nearly 1 lac people arrive in mumbai with a dream to be bollywood star. not all achieve that.

Even Prachi desai gave a thought to do daily soaps after her films flopped. So dear barun take risk but be cautious. Do films but dont let IPKKND get affected. or else a big size of the population will fall sick. go to coma. because we know what he means to us. 🤢

There is also Shah Rukh Khan, a boy from Delhi who made big in Bollywood after TV serials like Fauji and Circus.

I absolutely agree with you. I personally really like ASR'S character and that just makes us love Barun even more. it makes me appreiciate barun has an actor even more, because he's able to portray such a convincing character.

What about SRK? You will never know until you give it a shot. And such opportunities don't come along easily. So I hope Barun makes the most of it :) But ya, it is impossible to imagine IPKNND without Barun. So I hope he can juggle both or they wrap up the show in a logical fashion. I would love an IPKKND movie though. Like they did with SATC, though I hate the movies they made, but I like the idea of taking a beloved TV show to the big screen.

Yes lets hope he makes the most out of it..but all cant be SRK. because at that time TV was not that huge, glamorous. It was like working in theatre. Those days people gave less importance to Tv stars and didnt mind watching them on silver screen. But today we as audience are over exposed to watching TV stars so frequently ,daily that an average cinegoer will tell whats the use of wasting money to buy ticket for watching this actor . This actor can be seen in Tv so many times so its better watch a big star cast movie.Thats the perception generally . and the movie flops. Shahrukh was not over exposed through Tv medium that time.Even selected homes could afforf Buying tV sets those days. And most important thing is Luck.Lets c

SRK was a new face to the audience. but look Rajjev khandelwal was already a big star after being sujal and his fans didnt find the need to go n watch him in Cinema theatres when they could watch him in Tv itself . They prefer putting money on sALMAN, jOHN, hrithik, Imraan Khan.

Dear, how long do you think that the shooting for a movie would go on? Plus he won't even be in the main role!

Maybe 2...or maximum 3 months? Its not like he is going to do that movie forever?

Please be happy for this guy. He deserves his talent to be recognized and Sanaya too. Both of them are equally amazing and, both of them as an actor have evolved a lot during IPKKND!

They will NOT sacrifice IPKKND for that! Not even Barun, he loves his show, he himself says that it has a looong way to go, his support is IPKKND, his BASE is IPKKND, you think CV's and Barun himself can afford that?

NO.

So, please...don't worry and fret too much about it and be happy that he is getting what he deserves!

He has properly and adequately divided his time for both the movie and the show!

The CV's and PH wouldn't have allowed Barun to do the movie, if their show would have had a chance to suffer!

You know guys? However much we might worry and get tensed about IPKKND NOT loosing its charm and value, the CV's and Production House of that show are MORE concerned than WE are or we can ever be!

Its their baby!

So, don't keep doubts in your head! Relax and enjoy the show and the movie(whenever it comes out)!

(I know you do, but let us just be his support instead of doubting his decisions! After all, we are his true fans, aren't we? :)

I agree with your points bollywood will always be a risk factor..
But I think he will put in all.his effort in to ipkknd..and he won't disappoint the fan.

We just have to chill : )

Yes u r correct but kya kare darr lagta hai woh kahi kho na jaye in this glam world of bollywood.😭 Whatever anything for the sake for our sweetoo barun.
