y did arnav smile and enjoy the water splash...last time when she took him infront of everyone and put water on him...he was angry...and when he was talking on phone and fell down on cowdung he was again angry tht time as he told khushi not to say a word...but after khushi started splashing water with water pipe he smiled...y did he smile

One cow dung cleaned, he was so sweated with mechanic work,so he enjoyed when khushi splashed water,and more because it's khushi who is splashing water,bathing is total different.

he was smiling because the smile on the face of his wife was very childish and adorable when she splashed water on him. he smiled cuz his wife enjoyed and was laughing while splashing him and he let her becuase he realised that it was making her happy 😃
