Bcoz he has no othr option as ASR has mentioned tht the property will be transferred to Anjali only aftr his death.
Even if creep goes to Anjali nw, she ill nt hav anthing in her hands till ASR dies.

First he will make Anjali put him in her will and then he will try to kill Arnav - looking at 2 months of nonsense basically. The CVs wasted a month just about the key.

ASR will not die but will be seriously hurt / injured...as per the promo spoiler...arnav will tell khushi...she will refuse to be with him and in the meantime shyam will attack asr

He probably will try and kill ASR off but knowing his plans always flop..ASR will end up probably badly injured or maybe Khushi will end up injured instead in his place.

ok pardon my language, but i personaly feel shyam has no balls to actually kill arnav! and if he does who exactly does he think will change the will for him! shyam might be pervy and lousy and nosey and all those vile things, but he is wrongly smart!

and i have a feeling that after the misunderstanding is dine with, and when khushi and arnav are back to normal (if that ever happens considering the way the show is now) then maybe both of them will teach shyam a lesson together!
