I think Khushi will save Arnav despite knowing the truth about the marriage. That may help sow the seed of trust in Arnavs mind for her. Also I think during this phase Khushi will realise the extent to which Shyam can go. She may even think back to the incidents that happened with Anjali and realise that Shyam was behind those incidents. She may take it upon herself to expose Shyam and his ways and Arnav may help her if he realises the truth by then.
