Just because Khushi calls Garima mum does not mean Arnav needs to as well. Garima has brought her, and although she's not her biological mother, she is technically her mother. And of course it's going to be easy for Khushi to call her mum since she has been doing it since a young. Arnav has only known Garima a few months but probably has only met her a couple of times, so imagine how hard it must be for him to call her mum when he loved his mother so much and she is no longer alive.

See sometimes these things slip Khushi's mind...if she had any idea he would be so hurt, she wouldn't have done it..

Khushi can very well judge Arnav..his smile, his tears, his peech without voice. She will now stop all her prank and start caring Arnav. Agreed except the part about khushi proving her innocence to him..I don't see her doing that as she would be very hurt and will think he will just doubt her again..
