I think this track is actually going to lead to Khushi's realization. I like the realistic way that everything is shown in IPKKND. It was good that Khushi took care of Arnav, and that Arnav was a little irritated with her. The point here is that as Anjali said Arnav does not like pampering. He makes a face even when his sister pampers him so of course it was natural for him to be irritable with Khushi especially cause of the way she was acting since 2 days.
Whats important is that I think now Khushi will realize that in spite of everything she loves Arnav, she will realize that she is unconditionally in love with him. I think that from now on there will be a change in attitude when in comes to Khushi. I don't think that she will trouble him any more.
Now is the time when the story should stress more on Khushi's realization and how she becomes more caring and tender towards Arnav, and then when Arnav hurts her still her hurt and unwillingness to forgive him easily will be justified!
