I was really surprised to see your post title so when I read the content I was actually very happy.

To me the essence of the show lies in the balance between the two characters - neither Arnav nor Khushi is essentially right or wrong in doing what they do at the core of it all.

Having said that, while the show is from Arnav's point of view, Khushi is its soul, and the reason it is the different, fun show it is. I am not just talking about her comedy but her essential inbuilt reactions to things, her sheer resilience in the face of adversity and her inability to sit in a corner and cry about what happened to her like other women on TV. It's also because of this dichotomy between it being his story but her feel that runs through the story that the balance is built between the two.

So kudos to you for your post. Was getting tired of all the Khushi bashers (as tired as I am of Arnav bashers as well). It's about their equation more than anything else - there would be no IPKKND without either being the way they are.

I am extremely sad that khushi is getting a lot of this flak in the current track.

fact is, she's only a character; why not judge her harshly? and most chicks here are just worshipping Barun/Arnav anyway, if she fights him, these girls[&guys perhaps,] get territorial! 😆

and you know what? the ironic thing is that Sanaya herself actually has been on IF before, whereas Barun has not (i remember from an interview somewhere they said that.) there's a good chance she's seen this! 😭

it makes me despair to think that she reads some of the crap people are saying about her character, Khushi.

Sanaya and Khushi are alike, she said herself and if i were her, I'd be terribly offended. Sanaya's sensible though, she is just probably miffed.

the bottom line is she's a woman. typically, women are not the friends of women when theres a man involved! [our sweet by-stander-Barun 😃] hopefully Sanaya can empathise this way.

Sanaya Irani is Khushi Kumari Gupta to us, yes, but there's a real woman under those hair extensions doing a freaking marvelous job. Please don't forget that.

It is important to remember that in this show, right now, Khushi needs to be the ignorant princess, swami-ing the story forward, the way only an ignorant woman can at this stage. She is acting like a typical woman out to get her man 😉 hurting him along the way is the price. she enjoys his chagrin sometimes and then others she got to realise she's crossed the line. and let me ask, did she learn this from anyone other than Arnav!? [okay, okay, don't shoot me] having said that, she's always had her own spit-fire! 😈 got to love that in a righteous woman.

someone's got to defend her and dammit all if it isn't me; [among the few other loyal fans] Love9DeviMaiya. In the whole serial, i've never felt she acted out of character O__o she's remained true.

i think the ignorance of her character is what ires the masses 😆

Whatever. you guys just remember that your careless words are reaching someone's ears. whether they report they are reading it or not, i think these IF posts are viewed by any and all! including the CVs and actors.

Please use the constructiveness your negative comments should possess. We cannot assume that the PH people won't take the wrong words to heart.

Don't reduce yourself to being a senseless basher.

To me both get the flack i.e Arnav and Khushi.

I hope the writer change her to what she was before in the beginning of the show. Not what she is now.

I use to defend Pia in PKYEK forum because I felt she had real humans emotions. Unlike Khushi who has a self righteous attitude and they have portrayed her like a typical SP heroine which I am not fond off.
