He has not said anything to the GH ladies. Nothing. His ghatiya is for her - he would never say that to the GH ladies or Payal. It's a forced situation because if they let that fight take it's natural course, the truth would have come out.

And also, it's SP, how can you be sympathetic to the male?? But, it happens anyway. And you know why CV trolls, because he is in love with her and he thinks she betrayed him and is still trying to get along with her family. Barun portrays a torn soul really well, so unless you give his part to broomstick in the corner, people will sympathize with him.
