If one person contests the in favor or legality of a marriage, then the court seeks further proof of legal status, things like the two of them living together as husband and wife, the office people and society accepting them as husband and wife would come in favor of the person who wants to recognize the legal status of the marriage. again, indian laws are not too kind towards men, so if khushi says she was forced, coerced or blackmailed to live with aSR, and the marriage is still not consummated, its grounds for annulment.

they have not completed saptapadi - so that can be grounds for challenging the legal status of the marriage, WHICH IS WHAT SHYAM F***ING LAWYER JHA SHOULD BE INVESTIGATING, INSTEAD OF STEALING ASR'S WALLET

However, since regional rules are different, a sindoor and mangalsutra and enough social evidence can put the marriage as legal.
This is mumbo jumbo, i know, i am a bit confused too.

I haven't watched the episode yet..but I gather it wasn't good. OK..well..I don't mind if they get divorced. Only I want them to have sex exactly once before it happens, and Khushi being the fertility goddess she is, will be impregnated by the single act. Thereafter, they get divorced. She leaves and comes back 3 years later with a cute kid, a new haircut and a newer husband. Then she can make ASR burn in jealousy until he realizes the kid is his, the husband is fake and the haircut is not that bad! That happens when the kid develops a life-threatening disease that requires a oh..I don't know...brain transplant. After Khushi tells the truth to Arnav, they have sex exactly once, she gets pregnant and delivers a healthy baby with 2 brains. One for the transplant..one for himself. Oh..the husband is killed when car tips over a cliff, thereby leaving the path clear for Arnav and Khushi to be bound once again (and this time forever!) in holy matrimony.

Did I forget something? 😆

ok let me give every one a simple example here

Arnav and Khushi are like magnets

If they are kept together for too long they will lose their polarity (which is pretty evident with what's happening on the show)

So to get their magnetic field and that pull and intensity back we need to separate the two magnets.

(i did fail physics but that doesnt mean my theory is absurd)

sign the petition and see the magic

There hearts beat as one, they know what the other is thinking without speaking, they feel each others presence, they are connected in mind & body, their love for each other is like no other, they can't bear to see each other hurt, they are possessive of one another & they feel one another's pain. Is this not all the qualities a husband & wife should share? What more do you want!!!
After all when two souls are united as one, who are you to decide why they should divorce!!!!
