sabko reply .. mujhe deny? 😭...

Me ASR type ..Me get needy that way sometimes ...sometimes need special attention... sometimes chilled !!..

on serious note;

I did like Friday's episode .. ASR missing Khushi was a much needed scene... Also.. for some reason, CVs continue to focus on ASR's take on everything.. ..they need to show both ASR and Khushi's ... balance it out !!

I am hoping...they continue showing Khushi reacting with some realistic behavior instead of just staring at him with tears..

Hoping that Khushi stays away from ASR for sometime...(it would be sad to watch ..but this has to happen!!)

Yaar Divi...your posts cracked me up yesterday...specially the one about the zabardast twist...😆😆😆😆😆😆😆
Most of the posts..I read and enjoy...without the back and forth...more like reading an op-ed column...or in this case several of them!!!😃... BTW...loved your idea about Arnie admitting his love...BEFORE the MU is cleared up...!!! Now that is a zabardast twist...for the CVs!!!😃😃😃
I can take the comedy...but I agree Khushi HAS TO STAY AWAY from Arnie...I hope they dont compromise on that...

Hi,

Loved your post!! The dignified aloof khushi is better to watch than the "hole in the head" khushi.. This episode is far more logical than the ones after the wedding!

Where I agree that Anj is an airhead, I think when ASR blames Khushi for the key / cupboard, Anj may clear it up by brining it up at the dining table abou the missing thread to shyamu. Which may acutally trigger the fact that khushi did not give it to him..
Well again, I may be too hopeful.. any ways a lovely post to a lovely episode. Worth waiting for 23 1/2 hours..

Cheers and a happy weekend!

waah waah 👏 Shyamu ne kiya twist..aur diya zabardast dhakkaa 😃

ASR.. ka batooowaa ...and THE key...spilled...and Vakeel Babu's twist ...kept me very busy... since I spent hours wiping my tears while trying to hold my tummy... still cracking up 🤣

Lo... kar lo baat... isse zyaada "zabardast twist"... .can't happen.. trust me on this 😉

😊 LOL on your take on the zabardast twist. What really made me curious was the interview with Arshad that was posted a few days ago, he also mentioned that there was something coming up besides the MU.

great post! Loved yesterday's episode, No mindless comedy! Khushi giving ASR the silent treatment, just as it should be! I hope they maintain it this way, but going by the latest SBB episode, seems like that is not the case. This seems to be the trend for the last few weeks when we get our hopes high with a sensitive and sensible episode, a brainless comic episode follows! Khushi's behavior oscillates between being gloomy and downcast to excessively chirpy. A great match for the bipolar ASR!

Audience gets glued to a daily as opposed to a weekly. Yes, the content will be better controlled by weekly but it isn't going to happen. Some of the leads get paid 60-70k per episode depending on the PH and the popularity. It is a win-win situation for all involved.

I think time management hasn't been mastered yet; the actors just sit around waiting for the next scene. Low budget is probably the other issue. If multiple cameras were used the shots wouldn't have to be repeated w/BD's. Working 30 days of the month😲 Hats off👏

Yes. I watched the SBB and the screaming is back. Maybe the 2 episodes we saw last week was an anomaly😆

I find that super frustrating, obv I want my fav show's actors to get paid super well if they're soo popular and are clean sweeping awards. I read somewhere on the forum that BS and SI make about 30,000/day. That is tooo low. Especially now that the show has proved to be super sucessful and popular. They better have given them a super huge raise with a bonus for those gold plated awards!
This is the same PH that made Geet right? In that same article it said Gurmeet made 40-50k/day... why the injustice to Barun then?? And to top it off, Ram Kapoor makes about 70k/day, I don't watch any other Indian show, but from the few episodes I did watch of Bade.. all I saw was a sizable body double!!

So I understand Barun's frustration. And I honestly feel, he and Sanaya have the ball in their court, they need to start being a little demanding and re-negotiating those pay checks, this show is because of the story and the actors, they'll lose their TRPs overnight if one of the leads is unhappy.
CVs take note.

Personally, I think the bigger issue is the insane schedules they have - not the paychecks. These guys shoot each epi on a day by day basis - to be aired the next day. There's no episode bank built up, which is completely NUTS.😕

For daily soaps in the US, the scenes are shot about 6 weeks before they actually air. This allows the actors to have some semblance of a normal life like 5 day work weeks, vacations, allowances for sick days, etc.

The best example I can think of is when SI lost her voice during that confrontation scene after the wedding. If this had been shot well in advance, they would have had time to allow her voice to recover, and then dub the scene, as opposed to having to use a stand in voice 😕

Until production values improve on Indian soaps, we're going to continue seeing the use of body doubles, stressed out actors and shoddy editing.

I think that can only be combated with trust in their storylines, which honestly no PH has because its all about the TRPs. And to be fair, their schedules are crazy because of us, we go crazy every time a BD shows up. I'm sure so do other show fans like Bade Ache Lagety's, but Ekta just ignores it. She focuses on the actors in that case.

I can see the aprehension here with the PH, given the show and PH is new, but its going to be a year now, and they've made really good shows in the past, so I'm hoping once this track ends, they'll get a better grip. They don't have to OD on mushy A-K scenes, in fact even with the RDR we don't have to see just 20 mins of A-K. They can start moving it around. I feel selfish for enjoying 20 mins of footage of overworked actors, I have a super busy lifestyle with very little sleep and I get cranky, but I do get my weekends for some rest, something these two don't get. And its probably more stresful for him because he's still newly-married and would like to spend more time with his wife and at home. Sanaya still lives at home so its a little bit easier for her, but still, overworked actors needn't be daisy fresh 24x7 and the moment they're not, it'll reflect on their work onscreen... Like Barun's eyes last week, it did look like he had pulled multiple all-nighters!

And US shows have like a min of 15 main characters, so they can switch multiple storylines in a week... This show has 4 main characters and they focus only on the 2.. so its definitely harder.

I will say again...I feel the creatives have even a harder challenge than the actors...They have to pull it together...I am directing a small play...nothing close to putting up a production like this...and even that needs so many details to be thought about...From the scene to the lines to the sets to the costumes...in their case, also the camera...the back ground score, the character sketch, the demand to keep it entertaining for a wide range of audience and so on...
It ain't easy...Most of the creatives ( I am sure) don't even get recognized like the actors...or get paid like them...
But then again...it is not one person...who does it ...it is a team of individuals...still can't deny the work is not a small one...and a lot of management skills are needed...beyond the creativity.
All said and done...I still think Sanaya's stylist has no excuse...He/She has to execute just one ofthose numerous task I emntiond...that is to make Khushi look good...and I feel he/she is completely failing at that task...
