I really want to know what whoever (he/she) wanted to achieve by showing that crap about Payal yesterday.
They are supposed to be adarshwadi girls right? So was it values or virtuous to first put in high hopes in ur MIL's mind, put her name in the competition forcefully, give in to family drama (where ur grandmother-in-law dresses up like a doll) to make ur MIL participate with u and then throw in the competition at the last minute, stand shell shocked, listless as if u have been diagnosed with cancer just now, stand petrified on the stage and generally do good for some woman who was doing it all for her Mother-in-law...what about yours one?
Granted that u wanted to show her confused about doing the right thing and muddling it up but then couldn't it have been shown that she shares what conspired with her MIL beforehand, or her dear sister or her husband????
Is there anything that the writer or director can say to justify what they showed by further degrading a character which has always been shown to be week and generally being a person without any basic show of character.
For the first time i felt bad for Manorama Mami.
