barun was trying to talk to some dolly ji with his funny punjabi voice and tone
at that time many of us had the question who this dolly ji can be???
finally
i was watching "a day out with daljeet bhanot " - 2nd april SBS
and there they said that akshay had given this pet name dolly to daljeet and they call her by that name only
so i guess that day daljeet was trying to call Barun and so he was using his funny tone and saying " hello dolly ji"😊
