i think it means trouble for arnav, as arnav is allergic to dust/dirt and khushi has tried her best to wipe it out, meaning khushi will always remove trouble from arnav's life but unknowingly and without it being her fault more dirt is spread on the ground and arnav sees that, so even if some trouble befalls arnav and it seems as if khushi has brought it arnav will know that she is innocent and yet she determinedly cleans up the dirt that was fate's doing, which means that any calamity that befalls arnav due to fate even, khushi will be instrumental in removing it from arnav's life.

shyam may try to harm arnav and khushi will save arnav
