I think he did and Khushi will be blamed, this may be the last straw for her. Khushi's patience is slowly running out, all these accusations against her she will soon have enough. Arnav should know her better by now, how can someone who shows so much care for him be out to hurt him for someone she hardly interacts with despite being under the same roof??
