Hi Sush was waiting for your post so I could come in to report (and corroborate) what others have said- the positives of viewing this on an episodic basis can make you really focus. And then if the story broadly stays within the reasonable domain it feels like an unbelievable bonus!
On that note, absolutely LOVED today's epi. I have been in a rabba ve induced bliss since watching it and hopefully this will continue. For this epi I am ready to forgive the CVs the next two epis- or atleast most of it.
And please if we have to drag the MU can we have more epis on a similar tone as today? I am sure many of us will not complain. No screeching OTt antics, no juvenile behavior, Shyam and his twitches kept to a tolerable minimum, the awesome chemistry there for all to see- what's not to like? Speaking of chemistry, it was back and big time today. The rabba ve totally worked and I heaved a sigh of relief since had started to worry with all those sub optimal RVs thrown at us that the leads had list it.
The 2 best scenes were the cost recliner one and the last scene- no surprises there. Loved arnie's expression in the last scene- almost as if he is dazed at the depth of their connection. The takneeki kharabi bit was brilliant, fabulously delivered and his miffed expression spot on!
I think I have gushed enough and needless to say will be doing several repeats of the key scenes. I will also try to not notice the use of repeat shots such as when they talk about the recliner division arnie's close ups looked surprisingly similar to when he fell on top of k with the lit match in hand.
