What would you do if you were in Arnav's place?

I was writing an OS and and I needed some answers.

umm i think Rachel when the MUs are clear between Arnav Khushi they can work together towards exposing Shyam in front of everybody

Imagine you are in Arnav's place. And creepy psychopath Shyam is your brother in law. You know his truth.(Forget about Khushi for the moment). Think about Anjali. She is your main priority.

So what would YOU do if you were in his place to handle this whole Shyam- Anjali- Khushi situation?

Many ppl here suggest beating Shyam black and blue. But will it solve any problem?

Some suggest go and complain to the police. But what legal proof does Arnav have to send Shyam to jail and on what counts?

you might suggest that there are many eye witnesses that Shyam was living in Gupta house and all that stuff. But can he get arrested for two timing his wife and Khushi? Is there any legal provision for it?

You may suggest to arrange divorce of Anjali from Shyam? First of all, will a person like Anjali agree to it? Afterall isn't she blinded by the reality of her husband?

And even if she does agree to divorce him, then what? Doesn't a person like Shyam deserve more punishment than that? And if he gets divorced, won't he fight for his share of property and all that from Raizadas? I am not very sure about it, but divorce is an ugly matter.

Look, I don't have much experience on such matters coz I haven't encountered ppl like Shyam in my life. And in this forum there are so many mature ppl, so I wanted to know your views on how to tackle this problem.

So share your views on this and enlighten me if I am missing something in this big picture. Coz maybe then we will realize whether Arnav is right or wrong in his actions to tackle Shyam.

And mind it. Don't involve Khushi and Arnav's marriage and his behaviour towards her at all in this discussion.That is completely another topic. This is only about Arnav- Shyam keeping Anjali in mind.

Note: Naddiya here suggested Arnav should try to find out about how Khushi and Shyam initially met and all that. Ok, let's say he finds that Khushi is innocent. Then what should be the next step to tackle Shyam?

Totally setting aside Khushi from the picture,:

As a businessman I'll make it my business to investigate Shyam thoroughly on the assumption that everyone has skeletons in their closet. I will get a private investigator to figure out everything about Shyam (his history and geography)---so it can be used as evidence against him. If Shyam can be proven to have been mis-representing truth (whether before or after his marriage to Anjali), divorce would be easier, and Shyam won't get a dime in alimony.

Finding out all of Shyam's contacts would make it easier for me to manipulate them and take away their support, maybe even persuade them to turn on him.

I would possible introduce a PI into the household to act as a servant, but actually to keep an eye on Shyam.

I would invade Shyam's privacy in every way possible--- use PIs to place hidden cameras and recorders wherever possible, and tap his phone.

At the end of the day, info is power. I think within a month or so (which is how much time that has passed since the marriage in the show) I would have enough info at my disposal to take the next step.

As we all know the info revealed would not be insignificant.

Well one suggestion that i can come up is...wat if babuji becomes all fine...he starts speaking up...he can then reveal how Shyam is responsible for wat happened to him...he literally murdered him man !!!!!...n then Shyam can live in jail aaram se...😆😆

n another is...just throw him out of anjali's life and RM...hes actually nothing without them...no money...no identity...since he hardly works in court...🤢
