Ok, I understand that IPK might never show a kiss due to its time slot. That is understandable. But, what is double standards is they can show very suggestive and sensuous dance moves and body language and then come out looking holier than thou saying - but we did not kiss!! i say, that's double standards and you ain't fooling no one.

@RED: That is exactly my beef with Indian shows (not that I have any to compare and contrast with, but have gained plenty of insight from y'all talking about other shows)!

In fact, I think it is better that they are a little explicit in these regards... or else, they will be leaving those impressionable teenagers with ideas that may be unhealthy. I would rather they do/show a kiss than suggest a myriad of "possibilities" for where their intimacy will go (from where they have left us off; on a cliffhanger!!😡).

We have only see "passionate" nafrat not any "passionate" love (and by the looks of it, we never will!).

I dont even expect a kiss on screen

its a matter of choices and preferences and we should respect what the actors are comfortable in doing or not.anyway arshi dont need to kiss to bring on the chemistry or excitement, what they are already doing is enough.its basically the viewers mentality that the actors are apprehensive of.they know that it will create useless hype, news misunderstandings and what not so they want to stick to what is acceptable.if close dance moves, hugs, pecks etc are acceptable to the viewers then they are comfortable doing that.by the way i just saw a glimpse of the so called consummation of ram and priya and i didnt like it one bit.i couldnt feel the chemistry between the actors at all.and the couple is supposed to be middle aged so i just couldnt digest the fact that priya kept shying away for half the episode.the hot looks that arnav and khushi shared in the jadu hai and nasha hai sequence where they cant take their eyes off each other (i dont mean the almost kiss, i mean where the song is sung by the female, that part) was mindblowing.if they can give us scenes like that, who wants kissing.

kiss if they even hug only our tv screen will burn and they dont need a kiss but a hug toh dedo

Kissing is definately not required in IPPKND...its a cute love story with a bit of boldness & let it remain that way.

Their out of this world chemistry is enough for us viewers to enjoy...IPKKND doesn't need such scenes...many small children also watch this show.!!

My mother watches BALH...so I guess its for a much mature audience & moreover it has a late night time slot...so it might be fit & working for other shows.
