There is a big chance for this... or else there was no point in Shyam sending Anjali to Arnav...
Wait, maybe Anjali hears this, and when Shyam tells her about ArHi sleeping arrangements, she won't beleive it, or she might try to find whats going on... maybe that will lead to ArHi ultimately sharing the room.

... or maybe to strengthen the confession scene, Anjali hears and express her happiness (to bhabhi and bhai), on seeing Arnav-khushi's love for each other... this will seal the possibilities about them forgetting all these convorsation...
Waisey bhi Khushi after recovering from her unconscious state, remembered her question, so I dont think she is gonna forget all this next day (jab bhang utar jaayega)
