How does the father feel about the baby?

I don't know if this has been discussed yet it because everyone is occupied with ArHi right now and the rights and wrongs about what is going on (which is fair enough and is making me head spin)😆

But how does the actual father feel about the child? We've seen Anjali's tearful glee at the news, Khushi's unsteady belief that it will reform the father and Arnav's despair and desperation at hearing the news and what it means. But what about Shyam? Yes he is putting on a faade (as per usual) about being absolutely ecstatic but what does HE REALLY feel?😆

Does he care at all about the child or does his lust, infatuation and obsession for Khushi completely overpower the fatherly feelings he should have ... I find it slightly amusing that even after hearing about the child he doesn't seem effected by the news at all - in fact he seemed to react more to ArHi going missing and then turning up married🤣

Yes he has attempted to kill Anjali various times, does the pregnancy mean he will stop now that a child is involved that too HIS child?
Does he care, does it even matter?

Or will he only feign interest in Anjali because all he cares about is the child and the moment the child is delivered does he plan to get rid of Anjali and make Khushi the mother?😕

I think in general, after the murder attempts and his disgusting behaviour towards Khushi's babuji - has he surpassed redemption?

I agree with what you gals are saying.. as of now I think Creep this that this kid is his lifeline.. he knws that as long as Anji is pregnant, he is saved and he can use the next 9 months to see what he can do about it..and how to gain khushi's trust and love

Hun, your siggy, avi boxe both look gorgeous! Love them and agreed, sometimes a child can really force people to change and become different, it isn't impossible. Maybe a child is Shaym's weakness, his reaction to the child will be a big factor I think. He can't possibly try and still attempt to kill Anjali😆 so I'm predicting he'll stall the murder plan until he gets the child and then attempt to free Khushi from the marriage!?!😆

I just can't believe his lack of reaction or deep thought about it yet Arnav broken down in tears realising how complicated the situation is!

🤣 we have been so busy analysing the lead characters that the news of the baby has not only slipped ours but also Shyam's mind 🤣

I don't think ASR suspects shyam of any murderous intentions... at least not till now... once the forensic report arrives from the police he will get to know that someone has been tampering with the breaks.. till now ASR may be assuming that he has now got the Shyam problem resolved so that Shyam could focus on his sister and the baby..

Shyam will not cease with his evil thoughts and ways to harm Anji... he may even give her a push on the stairs and blame it on Khushi ... and ASR will still believe him... Now that Khushi has entered RM he will not go missing for long periods of time.. he will of course make the family (not ASR) believe that he is staying behind to look after his darling wife... he is such a two faced weasel...

I wish the baby all the very best ... RM seems to be a nut house to me... 😆

Which suggests he is past the point of redemption, to view ones child as a mere tool to extend time for him to gain his uninterested lady love just fixes his character as totally cruel and unfeeling.

I honestly thought he'd be a bit more reactive to the news! Maybe he hasn't realised it properly so perhaps when Anjali starts having scans and what not he'll start feeling fatherly affection for the child but seeing Anjali change will probably make him lust for Khushi more! 🤢

🤣He was more irritated at ArHi going missing and fuming at the marriage yet he didn't think twice about a child he would be responsible for! Which suggest he feels nothing for the baby therefore you know what could be possible, Shaym threatening Khushi out of anger because of the marriage. Married ArHi infuriate him so much because marriage means intimacy which would drive Shaym crazy so perhaps he threatens Khushi and gives her an ultimatum that if she tells Arnav the truth about the past (deception equating engagement) how they are not having an affair and if she lets Arnav touch her - he will attempt to kill Anjali's baby.

Sounds sinister I know but it lays the track of a hate marriage because Khushi out of conscious mind will not be able to clear-up Arnav's misunderstanding so even if he confronts her about the truth she will have to stay silent to protect Anjali's child. 🤣 It's all very melo-dramatic, maybe I should right a OS. 😆

I dont know, maybe he might end up getting all those fatherly affections for that child coz after all it is his.. but not necesarily for the mother of his kid.. I didnt think of that angle where Anji will change making him lust for khushi even more..

Oh boy, now I feel doubly sorry for Khushi... she is truly caught between the Devil and the deep blue sea ... I will not be surprised if she ends up in a loony bin when both guys keep blackmailing her left, right and center.

Reading all these dire predictions only makes me feel real sad for Khushi and am wondering how long will the CV's dare to push the track. Prolong the misery a bit too far then the TRP's will dip but on the other hand I read a report in the entertainment section of a newsweekly that Happiness in soap operas does not sell, Damn!
