Lately both ASR & KKG have shown some maturity to have decent conversations... but this was before the Shyam fiasco... wonder how it will be in future... so you are right if they feel they dont have to do any active listening they may end up digging bigger holes...
To me it seems that everyone has taken a stand to protect Anji & Payal... both these dames should now be educated to be able to stand on their own feet... they are the cause for all the trouble .. 😆

I appreciate the concept of the 4th promo but the way it has been set-up here I don't approve of, it just tests our intelligence if Arnav can believe all of Shaym's lies, no he is an unabashed liar but also be deeply in love with Khushi yet not question the fact that Shaym's contends Khushi loves him back - when Khushi's done and acted in many ways which show she has feelings for Arnav too and it took just one hug to take it all away? She has the right the present her side of the story once she does that then if Arnav chooses not to believe her then fair enough ... let the story progress 4th promo style, I'll love it!😆
What I'm hoping is Arnav asks, Khushi tells, he refuses to believe and she begins to dislike him for the blackmailing marriage! But yes communication isn't the forte and Arnav has dug himself a huge hole.
As for Anjali and Payal, they both really do need to take care of themselves, ironically their unyielding love for their own sisters is one of those rare things they have in common but it all the problem in this case.🤣
