sush - your post yesterday made me look forward to the wedding taking place so it was disappointing not to see them, maybe they will show those as flashback as well

i was not expecting anything more from garima, she is the one who had blamed khushi completely for the initial wedding fiasco, and she has been standing by during the whole shyam fiasco ...

something i want to put out here and maybe get someone else's thoughts bcos i cant imagine what was going on... the six month clause was very clearly added to the sequence and was not a part of the original conversation between arnav and khushi, why would they add the time frame??

the story seems needs to get together and i hope the creatives know exactly what they want to show us and not flip flop on the tracks

The only thing that is working in his favor with viewers such as me is that he trully loves Khushi and will stand up for he honour. He should come Monday.

Great Post Sush!
I was extremely happy with the pace of the episode today. I can't believe they showed the mute conversation play out and also the reactions of the family all in one episode. I was pretty sure the last segment would have ARHI walking in and the episode ending at the shocked faces.
Unfortunately i cannot say the same about the quality of the episode. While BS and SI were brilliant in their performances today, i think there was way too much melodrama. I thought Arnav would grab the situation to say that he and Khushi are in love and hence got married, while looking straight at Shyam. I am surprised he stayed mum. I guess it goes to show how vulnerable he is right now and how devastated he himself is at the play out of events.
I loved how the CV's showed the poolside conversation in FB's. While i love ASR and understand he is feeling betrayed and disillusioned right now i did not like the fact that he did not give Khushi a chance to explain her situation. He did not confront her one, its OK to not believe her, it would have been ok to use the emotional blackmail of Payal's marriage but the fact that he did not give the girl he was about to confess his love too a few hours back one chance to explain, disheartened me and speaks volumes of his own insecurities and mistrust in people.It definitely means he has a long way to go before he truly understands love and trust. I was also surprised that Khushi did not question "WHY" he wants to marry her and why right there and then. Poor scripting and screenplay but if this is what was needed to get them together and move the story along i am ready to swallow the bitter pill.😆😆
The slap i thought was totally unnecessary. I think the CV's were trying to bring out ASR's reaction to it which proved that as time passes Arnav will surface more on more. Khushi will bring out the love even without her really trying.
Lets see what next week holds. From what i have read, the zabardast twist is still coming up. We'll see!

loved reading everyones perspective...gr8 post sush...

you guys pretty much said everything so I am not gonna say anything more but one thing I did not understand is why did they add the 6 months clause later??

it was clearly dubbed by someone else...why did CVs make the last minute changes...cmon LM dont just budge in with fan demands or speculations...there has to be an explanation for everything...

Yes it was an add on and a very obvious one. I think someone from the PH or the channel had cold feet about the track they were going to pursue and changed it some where down the line.

As long as this does not become a prolonged rona-dhona show I am okay with it but if it takes sevral months for Arnie & Khushi to ease off its really going to be very sad for us.

Ha ha...Ratna...and Zuzi..you are so right!! Arnie boy ...can do the most illogical thing...and as long as he looks pretty doing that...most of the people (on this forum) will let him get away...yes ...yes...because we know he loves her and he is all good inside...It is amazing how we look for the smallest sign to suit our beliefs...😆😆😆😆😆

If people don't see love in Arnav's eyes for Khushi, then so be it...
If people think that Arnav is equally at fault as Shyam is, then so be it
If people don't see a fighter in Khushi and rather think if her tears as weakness, then so be it...

well said, each reaction (silent as usual) from arnav showed how much struggle arnav will have in the marriage if he tries to stay aloof

i also think that khushi needs to realize that maybe witness some of his breakdown for his sister, i mean we saw the personal one this week but the precap showed there would be more and they will make khushi think about the 'why' this was all necessary

i dont think arnav will survive if he keeps it all in

@Shwets, Anjali and Nani's reaction bothered me too. I get their shocked and angry that Arnav would get married without telling them but what does this mean for Khushi? I thought if anything Khushi would have the support of Nani and Anjali to help her through these tough times but it seems like Arnav and Khushi are really on their own here.

@premparbat, I totally agree about the way he held her hand in a reassuring way. Arnav knows they are in this together and did a good job presenting a united front in front of their families.

In a way I am glad the slap happened in front of everyone specifically Arnav. Arnav needed to realize the impact this decision has on Khushi's life, he needed to get a glimpse of her suffering here. For a moment he felt her pain

@Zu, I loved his reaction to Khushi getting slapped. Arnav wants to hate her but he just can't, he loves her too much to do so. When Khushi got slapped his immediate reaction was to protect her and but as soon as Khushi looked upto him he turned away and pretended he was unaffected. That is why I say it will be an interesting road ahead to see how Arnav handles being married to Khushi.

Actually I felt the original plan of CVs regarding the contract marriage when the scenes were shot didn't have anything to do with 6 months. If your watch once again, the 6 months part is dubbed. It is very evident that there was a change in game plan at the last minute. That puzzled me a bit. Was it because of too much predictions and spoliers flying around in the IF 😆 😆

Coming to the point of episode we had enough share of tears uptil now. I think its time to put a brake on that. I see Arnav back again on monday. Tears. We are expected to see Khushi shedding buckets of tears, so I request CVs to sincerely spare us from Arnie's side. I felt the game plan from ASR side regarding the 6 month contract is to kick Shyam's butt after revealing it to his di in her last trimester and till then keep the water flowing. I would really want Khushi to give him back regarding the 6 months crap. What was his intention. And when his purpose is served will be give her loads of money and ask her to get lost. And my question how will CVs justify Khushi to fall in love with him after this point. It was a very wrong route according to me.

My only disgusting gutter mind thought was ASR felt after 6 months his Di's baby is safe and let Shyam and Khushi get married or do what ever as he doesn't care anymore. I tell you to type this also my fingers were saying Please NO..
