1. whatever he do with her after wedding can't be defined as rape coz he has a right of such relation after wedding
2. He might ignore her completely after wedding as this is the biggest torture that you don't even look at someone after marriage coz he is so much angry he will make her suffer for every thing from now onwards till the time he comes to know about truth

I do not agree with your first point . Husband or not , a man does not have right to invade woman's body without her consent as a woman shoud always be honest about whose child she is carrying . It is called marital rape and a man can be imprisoned for raping his wife. .
the shot of khushis lips and dori?which scene is that?Originally posted by: Neemsundari
Much as it hurts me to think on these lines, I tend to agree. The shot of Khushi's lips and his flashbacks of their erstwhile intimacy point towards that.
The way Shyam tricked him, and reinforced the fact that Khushi was in it with him, especially with the way the three-way interaction between them yesterday where Arnav perceived that:
1. Khushi was upset with Shyam for impregnating his wife
2. Shyam was apologetic to Khushi about it.
CVs are clearly doing all they can to justify ASR's aggression as much as possible.
They're murdering both characters by forcing circumstances in various ways: They're reminding ASR of his intimacy with Khushi, but not that her fiance's name was Shyam, or that she broke down the day of the Puja when she first saw Shyam. They're making Khushi think 'everything will be alright' and decide not to tell ASR anything even at this stage. So there'll be no clearing of the air from Khushi's side even when ASR drags her into marriage.
And all of ASR's screaming in agony (which though filmy, but acted out well by Barun) was emphasized for a reason. CVs want to show that he has transformed into a demon. The lovey-dovey scenes of the soft Arnav were shown merely to mark the contrast with the mean, almost evil ASR that has now taken Arnav's place.
So the CVs seem to be setting it up--the bedroom violence that ASR would inflict on Khushi...not just with a view to punish her but possibly be able to declare that Khushi is with child by him, so prove irrevocably to Shyam that Khushi has been claimed, and even make a pregnant Khushi undesirable in Shyam's eyes. Put Shyam through the same torture that he has inflicted on ASR.
So, if the CVs decide to take the route of 'rape' etc, they can go one of two ways:
1. Begin with force from ASR but make Khushi and eventually ASR himself melt in their mutual love and sexual haze and do the act. But afterwards he makes Khushi feel like dirt, because he himself feels like dirt for sleeping with the woman 'who ruined his Di's marriage'. So, no technical 'rape' but emotional torture of the worst kind. And the CVs can drag this ad nauseam, in the tradition of tortured but righteous SP bahus. In the end, of course, ASR will be turned back to Arnav after he belatedly realizes his mistake, apologizes and grovels to Khushi and she immediately smiles and loves him back.
2. Begin the same way, but ASR realizes she is a virgin and stops. Questions, answers, etc. There can be technical problems showing this cos they'll need to show a certain degree of intimacy which may not be suitable for Indian prime-time screens. So, probably not. But this one has better uniqueness potential--he realizes her truth, but remains angry with her for hiding the truth from him, resulting in his Di being saddled with the snake-child. They team up, and he does not touch her again (though he wants to etc.), they beat Shyam at his game( while he keeps falling harder for her and keeps it to himself afraid of hurting his heart, while she is hurt that he does not love her) face challenges on the way, but win.
In the end, it is the CVs' game---the only reason I'm still watching the show is Sobti's acting (and rugged good looks, of course)
IMHO, the CVs could have been a little more creative, less cliched and more plausible in creating the misunderstanding between Arnav and Khushi.

i m not encouraging it, i m not saying that he justifies if he force her for such relation without her permission/will but i can't give it a name of rape either. He should surely go with her permission whatever the relation could be there but still after wedding it can't be given a name of rape as per my opinion.
