The same way his mother was cheated, similar manner his sis is being cheated..

regarding Khushi... after shouting he remembered her in the sense.. even he was foolish n trusted wrong person

Hi, yeah we all have our POVs. See MU is bound to happen. But till now we know Arnav and Khushi are equal. They don't need to change that equation just to show MU. The dialogue that you mentioned was necessary for ASR to over hear so the track can be started but at the same time just to create MU we can't afford to look anyone inferior. From the hall scene itself it was not that perfect; I still believe since that was near Valentine's day or she unavailable so some cut paste had to be done. It was evident.

Now, to create MU we don't need to tamper with a character. Khushi is a very strong character and the CVs cannot afford to play with the gestures of this character. This is my POV.
