Aap is a polite and respectful form of you used for the first time you meet people, elders. people in authoritative positions etc.

Tum also meas you but used to younger people, familiar people and between friends.

Khush always refers to everyone and her lover boy with aap..and Lover boy always talks to Khushi with Tum.

I reallly like that - she respects him and he owns her 😆
