The scorpion fiasco is one in the string of upcoming accidents happening in and around Anjali. One such incidence does not raise suspicion but when a series of events happen, ASR will begin to suspect that something is amiss. Additionally, either Shyam will make a mistake and become increasingly careless or ASR will decide to investigate the accidents leading to shyam's reality.

Other than that, I see no reason to bring in the scorpion. It was a hilariously foolish plan to begin with.

Also, I think it adds to showing Shyams character. He is so obsessed with KKG that he will go to any extent to be with her. None of his plans make sense or are thought out, and neither does his thought process hold any value.

i think if the scorpion would'nt b thr thn who would climb up on shyam's back.thts y arnav got scared n anjali kept the mehendi in RM!!if the scorpio would'nt b thr thn the mehendi would'nt b in RM n we could'nt c the kiss of ARHI!!LOL
